We are very happy with choice of the hotel. The room was specious with comfortable beds and balcony, good breakfast. We liked the hotel pool and location of the hotel. It was only a short walking distance to the beach. Also all staff were very friendly and helpul. Would definitely recommend it!!!

We went there with my family and we booked a quadruple. Our wonderful room was overlooked the garden, the mountain and the pool. The Garden Palace family was always there to help us and fulfill all our needs and requirements! All staff were very kind and they were a part of a team whose main focus was on excellent customer service and customer satisfaction. Proudly recommend it!

I loved this hotel very much. It was a perfect holiday with my family. Everything was good, but the best was the family who runs this hotel. They are very organised, friendly and helpful. The hotel was perfectly comfortable and clean. It is only 3 minutes walk from a very nice beach, a minutes from a big shop, 10 minutes from the busy centre, pubs and shopping area, next to the rental car, bike, quad and motorbike... I couldn't find better place for our holiday. Thank you everything for the stuff. We will come back. Highly recommended 5*

Searching for the perfect retreat, a unique combination of stunning views and secluded, this excellent hotel offer to visitors the best vacation experience through excellent service customer. My room was spacious, comfortable and gives me the feeling that I was at my home. One of the great advantages of the resort is that it is built by the sea, just 150 meters away. Highly recommended without doubt.

We have rushed several times to the beautiful island of Zante. This time was unforgettable! Our stay was above our expectations. The location was magnificent, the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. Everything was perfect, I highly recommend it to everyone.

I've been to many places in the world, but I've never experienced something like this: a young waitress at breakfast nastily urging me to pick up faster because there are other people in the restaurant besides me. When I questioned her, she yelled at me in front of my little boy and called the owner to save herself. The owner otherwise is not flexible, very strict man, who won't let you in the pool or the restaurant 1 minute earlier than the opening, even if you have a small child. You can't even take an apple out of the restaurant to eat in the garden because they shout at you immediately - its not allowed. The hotel itself is average, the doors close disastrously, the walls are stained in many places. At check-in, a staff member who speaks very little English - only gesturing but gives no information other than the room key. There are also nice staff members here of course, for example the cleaners are very nice, but unfortunately the management just wants your money and it is and reject all requests. The beach is a little far away, in the summer heat it takes at least 10 minutes to walk along a road where quad bikes and cars are speeding fast. Its very dangerous with a little child. There are a lot of mosquitoes, and although there are mosquito nets, you have to be very careful with them because they bite you for days. There are little shops nearby where you can buy water for yourself because they wont give you a glass of water before the pool bar opening. I was basically satisfied with the room, and the food was ok, but unfortunately I can't recommend the hotel because of their serial rudeness. For a hotel that makes its living from tourism, this is a disgrace.

Amazing stay here, staff were super friendly and helpful, immaculate room, selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner was all super tasty. We didn't want to leave this morning and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Zante. We can't wait to go back.
