a	asimina Marouda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτοι! Μου έφεραν αφυγραντήρα με σκισμένη κούτα που φαινόταν ότι είχε πτώση από ψηλά. Το δελτίο αποστολής ήταν κολλημένο ανάποδα ενώ η κούτα έγραφε να μην γυρίσει ανάποδα και ότι είναι εύθραυστο. Αν ο αφυγραντήρας γυρίσει ανάποδα ή χτυπήσει μπορεί να καταστραφεί τελείως. Επιπλέον, δεν φοράνε μάσκες. Απαράδεκτοι! Unacceptable! They brought me a dehumidifier with a torn box that seemed to have fallen from above. Ε	Ευθύμης Μωσαΐδης on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όπως πάντα ενώ έχω πληρώσει μεταφορικά το δέμα δεν φτάνει στην πόρτα και πρέπει αναγκαστικά να φύγω απτην δουλειά μου για να πάω να το πάρω ο ίδιος. Πέραν αυτού ο πρώτος υπάλληλος που μίλησα μου είπε ότι βρίσκεται στο κατάστημα το δέμα μου και οπότε θέλω να περάσω να το παραλάβω και όταν του είπα ότι δεν μπορώ μου είπε οτι θα μου το φέρουν μέχρι τις 19:00 μετα απο περίπου 2-3 ώρες σε δεύτερο τηλεφώνημα άλλη υπάλληλος μου είπε οτι συννενοηθηκα με τον πρώτο υπάλληλο ότι θα περάσω να το πάρω και πως εάν θέλουν να μου το φέρουν θα το παραλάβω την επόμενη ημέρα. Μηδέν εξυπηρέτηση και ψεύτικες δικαιολογίες.! Μακριά! As always while I have paid shipping the package does not reach the door and I have to leave my tangible job to go get it myself. Ειδικά όταν είσαι από χωριό το δεμα σου , σαφώς,ίσως να μην σου έρθει την ημέρα που φτάνει σε αυτούς αλλά όταν έχουν δρομολόγιο. Αν το θες εκείνη την ημέρα πολυ απλά πας και το παίρνεις εσύ απ την Πτολεμαΐδα. Δεν βρίσκω κάτι παράλογο! Να μου σκίσουν κάποιο δέμα εμένα ακόμα δεν μου χει τυχει ευτυχώς! Στο τηλεφωνο τους βρίσκω όμως παντα σε αντίθεση με άλλες κούριερ που δεν σηκώνουν τηλέφωνα. As all couriers have positives, they also have negatives! Especially when you are from a village your parcel, clearly, may not come to you on the day it arrives at them but when they have a route. If you want it that day, you simply go and get it from Ptolemaida. I do not find anything absurd! Fortunately, I have not been able to have a package torn!
