M	Maria Stavroula Salourou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I decided to rent a car for our 10 day family vacation from a local company. I talked on the phone the day before arriving in Heraklion with Aggeliki. She is very friendly and easy to communicate with. We landed at around 10pm. The company brought the car for us just outside the airport. We had a Peugeot 208 in mustard color (it was very easy to find this in any parking) in the medium size category. We took the full insurance option and a booster which were very reasonably priced. We did the papers and the payment on the spot. Payment with a debit/credit card is possible. As it was night and we had full insurance the employee did not write down any scratches of the car and they were also not apparent to us as it was night. In the morning we saw that the car had a hit on the side of the co driver. I called to inform the company, but they said that since we had a full insurance we did not need to worry about it. It would have made me feel more comfortable though if it was mentioned before we left the airport. The car and the booster were clean and fit the purposes of our trip. The drop off took place after making a phone call, directly outside the departures at the Heraklion airport. The employee looked at the gas level and took the car back to the company after wishing us a good flight. Super easy and uncomplicated people and experience. If you want to support local family businesses Gomega was reliable.

Really communicative, flexible with the costumer and you get what you expect, something quite unusual with the car renting companies. Moreover, the car that we originally booked was not available and they gave us an update for free. I certainly know where I need to go if I ever come back to Krete. Thanks for everything !!

The girl that's answering the phone was super nice and pleasant to communicate with :) ! During the week, our car's windshield wiper's rubber disappeared somewhere, also we had some scratches on the car that we were unsure if it was caused by us or not, but since we had the insurance, everything went smoothly when dropping off the car and the owner just checked the gas tank. I gave a chance a car company that didn't have a lot of reviews, and was not disappointed! Recommending this service!

The cars were like new (less than 20.000km) and sparkling clean. We selected the Premium Full Insurance and no deposit or Credit card was required. Also the staff was very friendly and polite.
