Beautiful but rocky and suddenly deeper once you get past the initial huge rough rocks.

Breathtaking location is an absolute must, for example in combination with Balos via boat from Kissamos for about 20 Euro per person. The hike to the top of gramvousa castle is not for the feint hearted and takes about 30 minutes one way but is sooo worth it. A dip in the sea is also a must. Be careful navigating the rocks to get into the water though. My advice - swim straight away!

If you're visiting the Gramvoussa island and you're up for some exercise, you should go through the path for the fortress, admire the stunning view from up there, come back down and have the most refreshing swim ever at the beach. Pictures speak by themselves.

Incredibly beautiful and relaxing. The curve of the beach created a lagoon, so my kids were able to swim without waves. I loved swimming as far out as I could go. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Wonderful place to be. Unfortunately we didn't have a lot of time to spend here because of the boat. Would definitely find another way to get here next time.

The ferry from Kissamos dropped us off at the beautiful beach. Make sure to make the climb to the old Venetian fortress for some stunning views of the surroundings (you can see a part of Balos Beach from here) and the beach. To me this beach (and island) was more beautiful than Balos Beach. I'd rarther come back to this place.

Amazingly beautiful beach. Went in May, there was less rush. Water was a lil cold but manageable to go in and enjoy. The pink sand and turquoise blue water with mountains surrounding it make it one of the most picturesque locations. Delightfully weather further add to the joy!!

Nice beach, but over rated, went here on a boat trip in may, so not even peak season, and there were hundreds of people coming on each boat. Which is far too many people for such a small island. The water is beautiful, but you need swim shoes as it's very rocky and slippery in the water.
