★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lesson learned: double check google reviews before renting a car. This place has bad reviews for good reason. We received a Suzuki Splash with weak air conditioning, a non-functional radio and horrible pick-up which made it challenging to drive in Crete. After a few days of driving the car started making a really alarming noise. We turned off the a/c which stopped the noise, called Green Motion and arranged to drive back to the airport to have it looked at. The employees were extremely unhelpful, giggling among themselves and seemingly unwilling to understand that our complaint had nothing to do with the strength of the a/c. They just kept telling us the noise was normal but eventually he took the car to their mechanic while we waited 20 minutes in a hot parking lot. Upon returning he assured us the a/c was fixed….which was not the problem in the first place. A pretty frustrating experience that would have been mildly improved with some basic courtesy. Oh well!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consider that you will take back your guarantee after 30 calendar days of your car rental regardless of what they say at the desk or at the phone (initially they told me in 8 to 10 days). Other than that pick up and return car was fast, service at the desk in the airport could be more efficient and friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 star is generous. Absolutely awful service. Turned up and they demanded €800 as an excess payment incase anything happened to the car. Then the car proceeded to break down twice, once while we were in the middle of no where! And the breakdown number provided, doesn’t work! We resorted to flagging down locals to help jump start us. No apology from green motion. 5 weeks on and we are still waiting for our €800 euros back, which they said would take up to 4 weeks. The car was returned in the exact same condition we were given it, we even have photo evidence. Every time we call they’re incredibly unhelpful and even end the call on us. Do not use.

Top service from Them and very friendly people on the service desk and car depot.
Ik extended my vacation and they helped me out for another car which was very difficult because almost every car was allready Booked.
Green Motion didn't stop for looking so i could travel further.
Thank you guys and girls, see you next year!
