Consistency in appointments. The ophthalmologist is an excellent scientist. Helpful staff in the secretariat.

Very kind staff and good service. Stella at the reception was very helpful. The results were emailed within the same day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μετά από παρότρυνση της ενδοκρινολόγο μου για το συγκεκριμένο διαγωνιστικό κέντρο,(ότι είναι από τα καλύτερα, δεν διαφωνώ), το επισκέφτηκα την παρασκευή 8/2 μετά από κλεισμένο κανονισμένο ραντεβού για υπερηχογράφημα θυρεοειδούς ( 5λεπτα εξετάσει ).
Εξυπηρετήθεικα μετά από 35λεπτά αναμονής. Δεν ξέρω που οφειλόταν η αναμονή, αλλά από την στιγμή που ήμουν δέκα λεπτά πιο νωρίς από το ραντεβού μου, η αναμονή για μια έγκυο γυναίκα στον 7ο μήνα επεί 35λεπτα είναι πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση.
Υπέρεκτιμημένο για εμένα.
At the urging of my endocrinologist for this particular competition center (which is one of the best, I do not disagree), I visited it on Friday 8/2 after a scheduled appointment for a thyroid ultrasound (5 minutes exam).
Served after 35 minutes of waiting. I do not know why the wait was due, but since I was ten minutes earlier than my appointment, the wait for a 7 month pregnant woman for 35 minutes is very poor service.
Overrated for me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally unreliable and unprofessional. Never, ever use this centre. They were testing covid PCR tests on Thursday before Greek Easter. Promised the results BY email and sms up until the next day, Good Friday. They took the money but no service. Today is Saturday before Easter and they are shut! No calls answered and the centre is shut!! So now I have to wait until Wednesday after Easter for the results? The while purpose of having this test was to ensure I was ok to spend with my family over Easter. No one told me they would be closed and they insisted I would have a reply in 24 hours. Total unprofessional medical services. Go to Iatropolis who are open today, the day before Easter. Don’t worry, you will be hearing from Synigoros tou politi when Easter is over.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful. I fasted all day for an ultrasound. Arrived for the appointment which they claimed was yesterday (which it definitely wasnt). The rudest receptionist I've so far come across told me to wait so i paid and waited. 1hr 20min later nothing. Asked the receptionist whats happening and told theres a problem you have to keep waiting. And then lost my prescription i handed them! I walked out. I could recommend avoiding this sevrice enough.
