I	Ioannis Gio on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ειδοποιητήριο ποτέ και αφού έκανα άνω κάτω το eshop γιατί δεν ήλθε η παραγγελία μου, ανακαλύψαμε οτι το δέμα είναι εκεί. Ευτυχώς το προλάβαμε 2 μέρες πριν το επιστρέψουν πίσω στην Ιαπωνία. Απλά τραγικοί Notice never and after I did the eshop up and down because my order did not arrive, we discovered that the package is there. Fortunately, we caught it 2 days before they returned it to Japan. Just tragic
d	dimitrios karoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Δεν έχουν ούτε καν την τυπική ευγενια... κλασσικοί δημόσιοι υπάλληλοι που νομίζουν ότι είναι το μαγαζάκι τους... μου εφέραν την ειδοποίηση 12 μέρες μετά, χάνουν δέματα.... They do not even have the typical courtesy ... classic civil servants who think it is their shop ... they brought me the notification 12 days later, they lose parcels ....
K	Katerina Alevra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απαράδεκτος ο ταχυδρόμος που φέρνει τις ειδοποιήσεις! Κάθε φορά μου τις φέρνει μετά από 10 μέρες! Αν είναι δυνατόν δηλαδή! Το κατάστημα είναι μια χαρά και οι άνθρωποι μέσα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί αλλά εφόσον ο ταχυδρόμος είναι έτσι καλύτερα να πάρουν κάποιον άλλον που να φέρνει τις ειδοποιήσεις στην ώρα τους! Η φωτογραφία είναι στις 12/11/21 τότε που παραδόθηκε η ειδοποίηση ενώ το δέμα έφτασε στο ταχυδρομείο στις 1/11/21. The postman who brings the notifications is unacceptable! Each time he brings them to me after 10 days! That is, if possible! The store is fine and the people inside very helpful but since the postman is so better to get someone else to bring the alerts on time! The photo is on 12/11/21 when the notice was delivered while the parcel arrived at the post office on 1/11/21.

Το ότι δεν λαμβάνετε ειδοποιήσεις δεν ευθύνεται το κατάστημα αλλα ο διανομέας ( ταχυδρόμος ) , αυτός εκδίδει και αφήνει το ειδοποιητηριο στο σπίτι . Το ότι δε αφήνει τις ειδοποιήσεις έγκαιρα ευθύνεται άλλη υπηρεσία ( είναι η διακίνηση και βρίσκεται στην οδό Παπαναστασίου ) , εκεί πρέπει να κάνετε παράπονα. Πολλές φορές πήγα και παρέλαβα το πακετο από το ταχυδρομείο και το ειδοποιητηριο ηρθε μετά από 10 ημέρες... Το ότι έχετε πρόβλημα με τα ΕΛΤΑ courier δεν ευθύνεται το κατάστημα αλλά η εταιρεία ταχυμεταφορων ( είναι διαφορετική υπηρεσία ) . Φυσικά και θα σας ζητήσουν αντίγραφο της ταυτότητας σας και ταυτότητα από τον άνθρωπο που θα πάει να παραλάβει ένα πακέτο για Εσάς , κανονικά χρειάζεται εξουσιοδότηση . Το ότι κάνουν τη ζωή σας πιο εύκολη οι υπάλληλοι σε αυτό το κατάστημα μη το θεωρείτε δεδομένο ότι γίνετε σε όλα τα άλλα καταστήματα... Μη βάζετε όλες τις υπηρεσίες σε ένα τσουβάλι και μάθετε να ξεχωρίζετε πράγματα... Υπάρχουν εφαρμογές οι οποίες μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιείτε για να βλέπετε την πορεία του πακέτου σας και είναι και δωρεάν. Θα σας γλιτώσουν από πολλές ταλαιπωρίες . The store is one of the best. The fact that the employees in this store make your life easier do not take it for granted that you become in all the other stores ... Do not put all the services in one sack and learn to separate things ... There are applications that you can use to see the progress of your package and it is also free. Το να θυμούνται το ονοματεπώνυμο σου σε Ελληνικό Ταχυδρομείο ενώ έχεις να πας πάνω από 1 χρόνο δείχνει πολλά !! μπράβο σε όλους, παλιούς και νέους , που παρά το φόρτο εργασίας δεν το βάζουν κάτω και χαμογελάνε prompt service and a smile are among the most basic. Remembering your name in Hellenic Post while you have to go for more than 1 year shows a lot !! Well done to all, old and young, who despite the workload do not put it down and smile

I had to call at least 7 times for them to just hang up on me every time when I call just because she doesn’t want to look where my package is when I can clearly see that it’s in there office but she tells me that it’s not there! I called an other office and even they told me that it’s with them ! Very rude worst experience ever !! All I can say is if you don’t like your job and you don’t like to do your job find another one and let people who would actually help citizens do the job correctly !!!
