d	dhermoni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel markets it self as 5 stars hotel, I'm not familiar with the star rating in Greece but you have to be very imaginative, flexible and creative to find all those stars. The room is very small and outdated, facilities are in a sorry state, cleaning has a lot of room for improvement, we were there 5 nights and they changed our towels once, and sheets with coffee stains waited 2 days to get replaced. Food is diverse but you switch to survival mode to swallow fast. The worst was the crew that behaved as if the guest are a pain in the a22. The plus side is a great location and a beach side bar with free drinks for guests. Dear manager, please consider this review as a constructive criticism

C	Coffeelover on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We moved after few hours and many turists have done the same. The room and balcony looked so depressed and unrenovated for a “ 5 star” hotel. It smells like gasoline and it looks like max. 2 star hotel. The picture don’t reflect reality.
T	Traian Ploscă on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel should be a 3 star. The rooms are clean but very old fashioned and not that elegant as I would expect from the 5 stars. The bathroom is small and ugly with broken drainage. The food is very dissapointing. There are 2 bars, the one in the hotel has a rude bartender, but the one on the beach is very nice. The receptionist when we arrived was bored and rude with us (the lady who works in the afternoon). However the the other 2 receptionists from the hotel are very kind and helpful. Overall it is not worth the price for what they have to offer.
J	Johnulet Hawk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'll give them only 2* because this is not a 5* hotel, not a 5* camera, not a 5* swimming pool, not a 5* services. This is maximum 3* hotel with a mediocre design, and the food is not the best, nor the drinks. We got all inclusive 7 nights experience but at the minimum comfy. AC wasn't working properly. The fridge door was broken and it wasn't closing properly. The walls were cracked. The furniture was old and the TV wasn't working. At all inclusive you have to pay more taxes at the hotel, like 4€ euro/night/room for some kind of staying, 7€/day/couple for sun beds, 5€ for towels. The hotel staff is pro and kind.
C	Candice Barry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival the place seems really clean, the food was lovely for lunch and dinner, however breakfast was awful everyday. The main receptionist was OK but not very friendly and needs some customer service training, same with the guy on the restaurant door he was quite rude. The other staff in the restaurant were great welcoming and really friendly. The dark haired lady on reception believe her name was Nina was great! She was so nice and went out of her way to help. The rooms were clean and had a cleaner in daily, the curtains and bed covers need updating. The top bed cover didn't seem to be changed whilst there. The swimming pool tiles need a clean bits of mould around the top and corners. I'd give it a 4 stars
J	Jo Karp on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's get this stars business out of the way, it's not 5 star by todays standards, in 1980, yeah maybe. If you enter this hotel with an open mind, then you will enjoy your stay here. ALL the staff are wonderful, hard working and friendly. The rooms are very 1980s but very comfortable. We had a bit of a problem in the bathroom but they fixed it straight away. Rooms are cleaned daily and towels are also changed. The food is very respectable and plenty for all. There are 2 pools, the only problem being there aren't enough sunbeds. It's very close to the beach and all the nightlife. They also presented us with a welcome basket. Its a good 3. 5 star hotel with room for modernization.

A wonderful visit to this wonderful hotel would recommend to everyone. The staff is very good and friendly. Great Know bar near the sea with great staff, the guys are always attentive and helpful. Special thanks to the best manager Know bar Mixalis. Prepare delicious drinks and cocktails to suit your mood. In the evening, there is a warm atmosphere on the pier. We will definitely come back here again.
