★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Europcar is ordinarily synonymous of high standards when it comes to client service. This agency, however, seems to be a regrettable exception. The staff almost doesn’t speak English and it seems it still has a lot to learn regarding courtesy or even regarding the basics of their jobs. For instance, don’t expect the employees to understand what a Frequent-Flyer program is and don’t expect them to take into consideration your Frequent-Flyer number, since they don’t understand your request even if they say they do. Providing as soon as possible the agency’s staff with training in professionalism wouldn’t be useless.

Second time we had problems with Europcar in Syggrou. Today we ordered a car for 8 a.m. and had to wait for almost an hour for the car.
A customer who arrived at the location after us got her car 20 minutes before us. They apologized quickly, but that was all. Not even a voucher or something else was offered. Why do you offer that you can pick up cars at 8 a.m.? really disappointing experience

A shuttle bus (just go out of arrivals and turn right, after about 500 metres you will see taxis and mini buses parked up on the right. Look for the Europcar mini bus) took me and one other passenger to their parking area just outside the airport (about one mile).
Service was excellent. Helpful staff. I was given an almost brand new Mitzubishi.
This is the second time I've used Europcar in Greece. Very happy ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've rent a car at the airport and everything went well during our 9 days location. The car was clean and slightly bigger than expected. We dropped the car at Europcar Athens City and we were amazed by the staff here. Especially François who was so kind and helped us book a taxi.
We'll definitely rent cars with Europcar again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rented a car from here for 2 weeks whr we explored the Greek islands. They provided good insurance and insight as to protection we'd need for our journey. They also let us return the car at a different location then we rented it from. 10/10 would rent from them again.

Prices are very reasonable and the cars brand new, fast pickup and drop off with all digital check-in and check-out… but the real deal is the quality and kindness of the staff of this branch. They are amicable, patient and even followed up with me during a trip to make sure I was happy with the car. Really excellent service
