 Good car and no credit card required, but bad service. We had to wait 2 hours to receive the car and 1 to return it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μας έδωσαν ένα αμάξι,που είχε σημάδια και χτυπήματα σχεδόν σε όλο το αμάξι. Δεν είχε κόρνα. Είχε καεί η μία λάμπα απτά φώτα θέσης. Ο συμπλέκτης ήταν για να φτιάξεις δυνατό τετρακεφαλο. Το ρεζερβουάρ δεν ήταν τελείως γεμάτο.
Καθόλου καλή η εντύπωση μας, χωρίς καμία επαγγελματική αντιμετώπιση.
Δε θα το συνιστούσα σε κανέναν.
They gave us a cab, which had marks and bumps on almost the entire cab. He had no horn. One lamp had dimmed the spot lights. The clutch was to make a strong quadrilateral. The tank was not completely full.
No good impression, no professional treatment.
I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a transfer to Athens airport 4 months ahead and was confirmed by email and text. The company CANCELLED the transfer 2 HOURS before departure leaving us scrambling to find an alternative.
They only have 2 drivers and none of them full time. BOOK WITH KEYTOURS instead.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We needed a ride from Athens airport to Piraeus cruise port and saw Rentour's advertising that a car and driver would meet us in the arrivals area and take us to our ship for 35 euros in cash. It sounded too good to be true and we couldn't find many reviews about the company on the internet. So we were a bit worried. However, we booked online from Canada and everything turned out perfectly upon our arrival in Athens. A smiling driver with our name printed on a poster met us when our plane was over an hour late. He drove us in a nice clean car and got us to Piraeus 30 minutes earlier than the ship's transfer bus. We found out that Rentour is a fairly new company that was started by a former Uber employee after Athens city council booted out that company. So that explained everything.
Rentour is a well run company and exceeded our expectations. Try them, and you'll save at least 15 euros compared to taking a taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Rentour.gr for multiple trips while we were in Athens. Our son and his wife also used them. They were on time meeting us at the airport (2 separate times) as well as picking us up at the hotel to take us to the cruise port and picking our son and his wife up at the hotel to return them to the airport. Very nice people. Rates are the best! We will definitely use them again when in Greece! Highly recommend their services.
