★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and efficient for both collection and drop-off. Really convenient location for Naxos port. Car was in mint condition too, so no hassles with marking off dozens of scratches, dents, etc. Could not have been more satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved the car directly on Hertz website. I arrived as scheduled but they did not have a car for me. They did not have any car. They refused to help or do anything. The counter agent simply yelled at me saying that there is nothing he can or will do and pointed to a Taxi stand. Incompetent and Rude at the same time. There are better options, beware of Hertz.
Rebuttal to Hertz response below:
Typical corporate excuses, refusing to take responsibility for their mistakes and misdeeds. The bottom line is: they sent me a confirmation email specifically stating that my reservation is approved and giving me a confirmation number. Their system somehow failed to register it. Notice how at least one other reviewer had similar experience with this Hertz location.
The bottom line. As travelers, the last thing we want to deal with is hassle like this. Clearly more then one traveler came away frustrated and angry enough to leave a review. There are other choices on the beautiful Naxos that a less hassle prone

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a car from this agency. It is very conveniently situated at foot steps from the port. While it was a team effort, Stavios was very helpful both during check-in and check-out and the entire process was a breeze and efficient. The car itself was a little old (45,000kms on the odometer) , but this is very common on the island.
Paid the exact price I had pre-paid and not a single penny more. A €350 pre-authorization was taken as warranty. No upsell whatsoever for extra coverage.
Would book again!
