★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are crooks, do not rent here! After creating an online booking, we reported to the location to pick up the car and were told they would not rent to us unless we paid an additional $2000 Euros which is a "fine" for driving without an international drivers license. We traveled with several other Americans who were driving without this international drivers license, so it seems this was just an effort to extort money from us. In any case, despite canceling the reservation, they still charged us full price for the car rental. There's a reason they have so many 1 start reviews. We should have rented from someone else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had no issues here whatsoever. I was scared at first because of all the negative reviews. But it sounds like those people didn't follow the rules. If you're coming from north America, you need an international driver's permit. Get one from AAA or CAA, it's incredibly cheap.
I booked here because I saved a ton of money reserving it online. It cost me $167 CAD for 4 days. If I booked it with my hotel, it would have cost me €50 per day equating to $400 CAD. No brainer decision.
Follow the rules, don't leave a scratch, take pictures and videos before and after. Do these and you'll be fine.

They dont answer the telephone and they dont help you in any form. Dont solve any problem. Go to a cheaper one. I have to complete a different complaint sheets.
And they DO NOT respect covid policies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not rent here. Although seemingly profesional, reasonable and pleasant at time of the car rental, they have a scam going.
They didn’t do a walk around for damage after we rented a cheap little car. When we came to return the car on the morning of our flight they told us that old scratches were new (even ones that have already rusted over.)
We had taken our own video documenting the multiple scratches at the time of the car rental which was of zero help. At time of the car return the woman watched the video and became argumententive and disagreed about the prior presence of multiple different scratches on the video that were on the car.
She rewatched the video multiple times over and over purposely wasting our time knowing that we had an international flight to catch.
Eventually she wasted enough time that we had to run to catch our plane.
Furthermore, at the time of the car return, she argued that she had given a paper or emailed a detailed car damage report at the time of car rental, which was not true. Therefore we had zero proof of the pre-existing damage. Now we are on the hook for the deposit.
Do not rent here.
