M	Mark B. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great location on the marina! Prices are good, rooms comfortable and clean. Rooms on 2nd and 3rd floor ending in 08, 09, 10 face the Bossa Cafe/marina and are nice. Rooms ending in 14 face both the Bossa/marina and the esplanade and have views in 2 directions.

The room was neat and tidy and we reviewed the hotel as a 5 star option on Booking.com due to its value & location. But on our return visit, the staff encouraged us to book directly. Big mistake! - Don't do it, book via the online sites only. We were promised free breakfast included which we were charged for and the room we got was a front room with a good view but the mattress springs actually squeaked all night. When we expressed there was confusion over our breakfast inclusion, the owner basically did the 'don't speak english' thing and offered to do it a few euro cheaper for cash. It was a shame because our first visit was so good.

However, for the price; Needs updating and modernising, showers are poor, breakfast was fair but i feel should be included in room price which was expensive for what you got. Sheets didn't cover the mattress... just not good value for money, paid for convenience.
