★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is absolutely lovely and the atmosphere is awesome... 5 stars for the location (in the heart of the old town), the stunning roof top terrace, the beautiful (and clean) room, the great breakfast and the fabulous host Nynne. Thanks for this wonderful and memorable stay!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the time of our lives in this beautiful hotel. Amazing guestrooms, three lovely terraces for every hour of the day, excellent homemade breakfast with local ingredients...everything was absolutely perfect. We are definitely going back cause we loved it!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our worst stay in all of crete. A huge disappointment and overly priced for what it is. Was really looking forward to this hotel stay due to the rave reviews. But the stay was a far departure from the ratings. #1 the noise was the worst we've ever experienced. The bar on the same street goes until 1-2 am and the windows are not soundproofed as advertised. You might as well not have windows. #2 breakfast was meh. Same few items everyday and it seems if the cook feels like it they might make something fresh like pancakes. Otherwise the same yogurt, cold egg dishes, deli, nuts and cookies/bread/pastries. #3 general feeling from staff was just OK. Not welcoming like others say. And asking for them to not clean the room for a couple of days gets responded with attitude as if you're asking for the impossible. Wouldn't recommend, there's many other hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this place! The beds are amazingly comfortable, the rooms are beautiful, clean and neat. I had my best night's sleep here. The hostess was absolutely lovely and fun, she was always there to help or answer questions, recommending places to go and to eat. Breakfast was delicious and the setting was so relaxing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Chania. I can't wait to come back and I will definitely be recommending this place to friends who visit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely boutique hotel. We stayed there for 4 nights. Location is good, just few meters away from the port. Also situated in a pretty street. The best thing about this hotel are the employees, Anna and Aristea gave excellent service. They were very helpful and made us feel at home.
However there were some problems. We were at room 6 and there was smell on the way to the bathroom. We had to leave the windows open to ventilate the odor. There can also be some noise from the room above. Especially when the people above room 6 walks with shoes, you can hear the clacking.
Overall though we really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We would certainly come back and hopefully the issues that I mentioned would be fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In short this hotel goes to my top 10. I can't fault them for anything.
The location is superb on a small alley in the old city. Yet the closest parking lot is only 100 meters away and it is a free one. The building is centuries old, but has been renovated in style. We really liked the design of our room. The comfortable beds were a pleasant surprise after sleeping on rather hard beds elsewhere in Crete for 2 weeks.
Service was very friendly and the staff recommended us things to do and see that really matched our wishes. Breakfast was excellent. Covid hygiene was well taken care of.
Finally I have to mention the cool rooftop terrace with a lounging area to sip some wine and look at the stars.
The exclusive suit that we had chosen was great value and had a separate door to the terrace.
I know where I am staying the next time when I'm back in Chania.
