★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2018年7月に クレタ島の MatalaViewを予約したが、隣のSunshineMatala に案内され、キッチン付きで予約したのに、キッチンが付くと２倍の料金を提示された。部屋はとても狭い。チェックアウトの会計はカードで支払うと、帰ってからの請求はダブルで来たので、Booking.comに写しを送って返金してもらいました。 信用できないホテルです。注意をして下さい
 I made a reservation for Matala View in Crete in July 2018, but I was guided to the neighboring Sunshine Matala and made a reservation with a kitchen, but when the kitchen was attached, I was offered double the price. The room is very small. I paid for the checkout with a card, and the bill came back double, so I sent a copy to Booking.com for a refund. It is an unreliable hotel. Please be careful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and luxury apartments. The owner is a really nice and cute elderly lady whom we had a good laugh with. The hotel is located in a street just outside the 'busy' centre of Matala, although you can hear the neighbour slam a door, you won't hear anything else. I will highly recommend this place if you want a bit of luxury for a cheap price in Matala.

She would shush my children when they were gently playing at nine in the morning.
Claiming that she has guests going out until three in the morning.
Which is true, we were regularly woken up by her bright lights at any time of the night ?
I have a very easygoing baby, he hardly ever cries, but once he didn’t like me applying sunscreen. She yelled from across the yard “stop, baby, stop!” and then clap her hands to scare him ?
Horrible and frustrated woman!
