Food is good everyone will find what they want to eat. there is enough to choose from dessert and it tastes really good ! Service was the most shocking thing becouse i didnt expect everyone at hotel staff to be so friendly and hospitable. I didnt find any rude staff like some of people where saying in comments. Coctails for all inclusive are pretty good there is a lot to choose from. Room is also clean and nice fits well on price. There are also free bus to the beach. And bus to heraklion centre which Cost with return only 10 euro. Also there is entertainment at the evening bingo, other games its really funny. To sum up - everything is great here im happy to stay here the views here is stunning!

Staff upgraded us for €240 for the two weeks. The hotel is stunning food was delicious 4 pools available and a private pool also. The only problem I had was the all inclusive drinks standing in ques and very basic watered down maybe ?. Very limited menu also but apart from that it was beautiful the cleaner was are always keeping the place spick and span Irene on the reception absolutely beautiful woman so helpful and caring she even gave us the room longer thank you to all the staff for making our holiday one to remember. We have had some of the best experiences here and will be back. Great atmosphere great views and amazing service. Shame to leave alittle place of heaven would definitely recommend to people

The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Special thanks to Irene, the head of reception and Sofia, the lifeguard at the swimming pool. I recommend this hotel. Everything was great! Mirka i Jurek

Beaches and local restaurants are clean and good value, would recommend eating out. The hotel schedule 2 buses to and from the beach each day, if you are unfit you will need to use these, otherwise local taxis are 10 euros each way. I would not recommend booking with on the beach, no reps, lots of customer booking errors and poor communication. Prepare for a long booking in process, this could be improved. Beautiful location with stunning views. Thanks especially to Irene for helping with on the beach errors.

Overall impression of hotel is very good and everything (pools/restaurant/hotel) looks nice and clean. Good choice of food and they keep changing it on each meal so there is always something for everyone. Hotel staff was good and helpful (especially Irene in reception) Entertainment on the restaurant roof top terrace each night with choice of good drinks (both all inclusive and paid for cocktails) Not far to beaches (bus to one of them few times a day however we just walked down and back as it was just 15minutes away) Definitely will be coming back.

The staff were attentive throughout and ensured we felt welcome and valued. The local beaches provide a great day out with good food at a fair price, with the hotel providing a free shuttle service throughout the day for when the heat makes the short walk a bit to challenging.
