★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed at the Hydra Hotel on our first night in Hydra. It was a great experience. The hotel is beautiful. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their customer service is terrible- Made a reservation for 1 night, a few days later decided to extend the visit and sent an email with the request. At the time, their website said the room was available. Fast forward a month later (with multiple follow up emails), NO RESPONSE, room became unavailable, and I wasn't able to extend my stay despite the fact I'd emailed when the room was available (could not call, we are on opposite time zones). I'm in the process of trying to cancel my reservation, but still no response. Really disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hydra Hotel! I just want to mention that it should Not be confused with the Hydrea Hotel which is a different thing all together. However this is a very nice Hotel perfectly situated away from the busy port. With a lovely traditional Greek breakfast and friendly staff! 5 * recommendation.

P.S. a lot of stairs until the hotel itself. So anyone with a disability should keep this is mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful stay!! Donkeys met us at the port for our bags (lots of steps but manageable without bags). Our room was stunning - the balcony views were incredible. Great breakfast. Amazing stay especially for the $! Highly recommend.
