This place looks the part and the rooms are nice. However, the food whilst it looks good is just kind of bland and the service in the bar very poor with waiters who clearly would rather be somewhere else. Incredibly loud entertainment and fitness events in the main pool were just awful if you want to relax.

Very pleasant hotel with excellent staff. Variety of well prepared and cooked food at all meals. Reception staff helpful, friendly and polite. Restaurant staff were very attentive. Garden bungalow very peaceful and perfectly working air con. Bit of a walk to nearest village but a long walk after a great breakfast was really good. Bus stop right outside hotel for trips to Heraklion and Rethimnon. Cove area was a perfect spot for lazing in the sun. Anastasia was full of all the needed information at the Hotel’s info point and was always bright and cheerful. A very relaxing stay at a very good hotel.

Starting from food to entertainment and staff all and all were amazing during our stay. There are different pools which one can use base on his preference and the beaches are all tidy and well equipped. The room was also super clean and equipped with fridge and air conditioner.

Wow , what a place ! Friendly staff , fabulous food with really spacious bungalows looking out onto the pool . Fair distance from a major or minor town but as everything is provided that’s not really an issue

Good value hotel. It has large main pool and lots of other pools around the hotel. Rooms have fridges and kettles plus safes and air conditioning The rooms are kept spotless. You made need anti mosquito plug-ins to keep the critters at bay. The main buffet dining room has vast range of food. There are food platforms with specialities around dining room. There is an outside dining area. Best advice is secure your table before getting food. There is also snack bar for late breakfast and simply lunch. There are other bars open at different times. The animation team work hard to entertain day at time. They can be noisy so don't sit around main swimming pool if you want quiet. There is an open air theatre shared with the hotel next door. Other swimming pools are dotted around the hotel. From hotel there is a bus into Rethymno for 4 Euros. Interesting historic town with Venetian harbour. There are small coves around the hotel. The ground are kept green and lush, at least they were in May. There is a nice walk around the edge of the hotel. The path can be uneven so waer sensible shoes. The main bar has a band, singers or greek dancers most nights. The hotel had a small supermarket, jewellery shops and a Spa.

I went here by myself for a week and it was amazing! When I arrived I was served a welcome drink and got a red rose from the reception. I then was brought to my room which had a large bathroom and two single beds. My room was close to the dining and bar area, which was quite loud at night. Other then that I have only good things to say. The staff has always been very kind, fast in helping you out and trying to make me as a guest feel welcome. Rula who works at the spa, was such a pleasant person and I’m glad I got to meet her. The buffet was fantastic. So much to chose from and the deserts… don’t get me started! The tiramisu I had my last night was to die for. Also did I receive a birthday cake into my room the last night of my stay and a letter from the reception. I was very touched by that. The pools where saltwater which I prefer, also they had a few of them. There was animation by the main pool… so in case your up to that you have a lot of activities and don’t get bored. In my case I just enjoyed reading a good book, listening to music and enjoy getting a tan by the pool. What I really liked, was the fact that the hotel didn’t use any plastic like straws etc. the soap and shampoo bottles where 100% recyclable. This might not be important to everyone but I think this is a big step forward of doing the right thing for our planet. The hotel is 30-40 minutes away from Rethymnon and about an hour from Heraklion. If you plan on sightseeing rent a car, busses don’t always stick to the time schedule. If you just want to relax at your hotel with good service and delicious food this is the place. Overall I had a great time, met some really nice people on my trip and can recommend this hotel. All perfect. We really loved our 1-week stay. Northing missing. Very beautiful place just at the sea. Several possibilities for activities. Great buffet with hundreds of options, different every day. Maximumly clean. On top of everything, a real friendly and helpful staff. Many thanks to all. We can't wait to return

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. Food was very good, but the restaurant was very loud. The bungalow was good, clean but a bit old with a faboulous view (waterfront). Overall we had a great time!
