I got a flat tire in a solo tour: all tools (and may others more) to fix the issue was mounted on the bike. Perfect service "on the road". 20 minutes after changing the tire I was ready to go again. ??????

R	Robert Krambovitis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on a day trip with joyride.bike to Melidoni cave and Margarites village. The route was amazing with lovely scenery. We took back roads and dirt tracks which included some pretty decent climbs and rolling descents. Manos our guide was very thorough in setting up our bikes and explaining how to ride safely over the rough terrain. The e-bikes were really awesome with full suspension and really wide off-road tires. These were really stable and made us feel very safe even on the roughest terrain we encountered. This trip was definitely a highlight of my holidays.

Because of that we decided to spend 11 very nice days in Crete at the Hotel Royal Blue Resort. Not only the hotel is very recommendable but also Manos from Joyride really does a great job! Partly I have explored the area on my own with a BH Gravelbike from Joyride, which was in very good optical and technical condition. Manos takes really good care of his bikes and supported me with route suggestions and GPS data for my Garmin. In order to get to know the island off the asphalted streets, Manos arranged a guided MTB tour and organized an E-bike for my Girlfriend. He takes a great deal of consideration to beginners and helps with many technical tips. He makes sure that you feel very comfortable in the group and he adjusts the routes according to the skills of the participants. It was great fun and we were very happy to get to know Manos!

Manos is very thoughtful, shared nice routes via gpx that you can follow by yourself, guided me through the southern Crete showing beautiful beaches. I discovered some hidden parking spots and restaurants near Preveli beach. Manos is a real gem.
