★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were given an old car (far from what was implied during booking), tried to force us to upgrade and gave false information about secondary costs on the phone. Only positive is that it is cheap. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rented a car from August the 15 till the 22 and we still didn’t get our 1000€ caution back. I feel ridiculous now that I read that it’s actually their business plan... DO NOT RENT THEIR!!!!

I am still waiting for my deposit (almost two months now)
And they always find excuses and promise it will be fixed.
DON'T TRUST THEM!

I had a perfect experience. Everything went smoothly, from the pickup at the airport, to the transport to the car, to the rental procedure...and of course the travelling experiance with the car and the return!
I would book there again immediately!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The transfer to the rental place was not in the airport at our arrival. We had to call and then wait for another 40 minutes to be transported to the rental place.
The car with 70.000 km had many little scratches that were maticulously noted on the rental agreement.
When we returned the car another two micro scratches (the size of an eye lash) were noticed. Consequently I still have not received my € 1.000.- of deposit. I highly doubt that thes micro scratches till be dealt with but feel this is rather an extra income for IFS.
I will certainly not consider IFS again, althouth I had good experience with this company in the past.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I give only one average star because:
- first, be aware, you need to have 1000€ extra on your bank account because as soon you rent the car they pick the money!!
- secondly, they are not in a hurry at all to give you back the money.
In our case (my father in law and me so two rents), they took 6 weeks to refund us (after a lot of emails and calls)!!!
THAT'S INACCEPTABLE!!
The positive points are these ones: they come to pick you at the airport to take you to the rental agency (wich is at 15 mn from the airport) and the price of the rental is cheap.
