★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived 40 min late to pick us up from the airport. No apology or excuse. 20 min late to open up in the morning. There was a long line of cars, people were angry as they had flights to catch.
Price for the rental was cheap. You get what you pay for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couldn't fault the service received ?. Excellent from being picked up from the airport by shuttle bus to the car rental place and checking in. When dropping off the car, the shuttle bus was prompt to take us back to the airport. All the guys were friendly and helpful and efficient. Thank you very much.

Don't get fooled by low prices compared to other companies. You will definitely have surprises at the end and it will cost you double.
When we returned the car it was in perfect condition with no damage. Still, they kept 350 euros from the deposit, for the ”broken lock of the door” without even showing us the problem at drop off, or signing the act of acceptance. They just sent us an invoice to email saying we have to pay for the ”damage”, and they keep the money automatically from the deposit. I already contacted the Consumer protection in Greece. Hope they will help me get the money back, and give them a big fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our pickup and drop off experience were both not positive ones. Pickup took over half an hour and when we got to the front counter it was all scare tactics to get us to buy their insurance, inflexible policy around using only one credit card for the deposit and one way fee (costing us ££ in FX fees), arguing with us about the car we had purchased as if we don't know what we actually need.
When we dropped the car off it took over half an hour to drop the keys off, which was frustrating, as 3-4 people were sitting at the front desk or wandering around but only one person helping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was great. The process to get the car wasn’t as great. Car pick up time was at 12pm, but because of the delay with the company’s shuttle bus from the airport to the locale, we only got there at 1-1:30pm. The customer service was unapologetic for the delay and refused to accept blame. However, the car itself (Fiat 500) was fantastic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Two stars for the good condition of the car. My experience was a nightmare. One hour 45 minutes waiting to meet the absent representative which I met her to another point out of the point that they instruct me to go. The lady has a bad behavior especially when I said that she dint at the meeting point. Then I have to wait for almost 30 minutes for the shuttle. Shuttle driver mr Kostas if I remember well his name was gentle and helpful but in a shuttle that the maximum persons should be 6 we stocked 8 adult and a child of 8 years old. Finally I received the car with one hour delay. On my way back another delay of 40 minutes to go to the Airport. The driver was rude and the manager on duty said that he can’t do anything more in order to avoid the delay. Sorry but never never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Never renting a car from here again as they are a FRAUD- They blamed me for a scratch on the back of the car that was already there and that wasn’t on their records which is Centauro’s fault. They probably did this so me or my insurance company can cover damages that someone else caused.No one inspects the car with you before you sign and they expect you to take a video without informing you to do so as proof in case there is a dispute. Unprofessional behavior and bad service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our Fiat Cabrio for our road trip - the car was in good condition and there were no hidden fees (we always take the full insurance, so expected to pay for that like with every rental service).
Only heads up - the rental place is not at the airport but a 10min shuttle ride away. They meet you at the airport and drive you to the rental place, and also bring you back to the airport once you bring the car back in. So take into account +/- 30 minutes for this.
