★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was a really cool place to have a relaxing holiday. Staff were mega friendly and helped with car rental; pool, beach area, tennis court and restaurant were all great; was in a quiet neighbourhood but with plenty of options for restaurants nearby

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Noisy place with a loud barman who likes to perform bad karaoke beyond midnight making sleep impossible. Which is a pity as the rest is very nice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has everything needed for a family holiday. Pool, tennis, gameroom, playground, gym (outside too) plus it's next to the beach. The staff are friendly and it's well maintained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HAVE NOT STAYED AT THIS HOTEL. I have stayed at the one next door which is brilliant may I add. I am writing this review to make you aware of the noisy bar man that works at the imperial hotel, unfortunately my balcony was straight facing the side of the imperial which ruined my experience of a peaceful holiday with the bar mans loud mouth all night until the early hours, shouting all night long at the top of his lungs so that people on the other side of town could hear! I understand they need to make guests enjoy themselves, but to me he suits a job in the magaluf strip and not a peaceful relaxing area of Crete. There is no need for the clapping and shouting all night when 3 people are sat around the bar and all the rest of the tables are empty. Tone it down. Can’t comment on the actual hotel as I haven’t stayed there, just unfortunate that I could hear him all night from another hotel that I was staying in.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service, the hotel is clean and having amazing food n huuuge portions! The beds are comfortable and The stuff is so helpfull.. The area is quit and close to Chania city. Im deffently coming back here ? one of my favorit hotels.
