Nice hotel on a very beautiful sandy beach. I have been here back in 2015 and if I compare the food quality and diversity I notice a downgrade. Back in 2015 you could reserve a beautiful diner on the beach, now the beautiful ideea is almost forgoten. Overall the experience is nice, the beach and the see is amazing!

People working here are wonderful! We have been here for ten days and they made sure every day someone is there for you. From the staff serving food, through cleaning ladies to the manager of the hotel (thanks Aleksandar), everyone were on the top of their jobs. Unlike most hotels the food here is absolutely perfect. We had breakfast and dinner included in the package and it was heavenly. Staff serving drinks and food are just the most wonderful people. Always polite, always professional and helpful. Rooms are being cleaned few times a day. If you lost your key card for the room or got it wet on the beach or the pool, the person in the reception would hook you up with new set ASAP. Few nights we had noisy neighbors partying until deep in the morning which was messing up badly with our vacation plans. We have complained and after second initiative to keep the noise down we were arranged with the new room with complementary wine, fruit (and better view ?). Views from most of the room is breathtaking, they all catch at least some sea angle but most of them are looking at it pretty directly. All the 4 star hotel offers they got it! Drinks are served on the beach as well, on the pool and other hotel-belonging areas. There is a small gym you can use to maintain your training routine. If rental car is needed they will hook you up with the local rental office and the car will wait for you on the hotel parking lot. When returning just make sure keys are at the reception and you’re good. On the checkout we were greeted with warmth and the lady on the reception gave us a gift as a sign of appreciation. Definitely a must stay-in hotel if passing from/to west/east side of the island.

My mother stayed here while visiting me and I don't think either of us have ever experienced a nicer hotel with nicer people! They were all so incredibly warm and kind.

Great location near to the city while still being a very calm and relaxing place. I went for 6 days with my girlfriend and I am sure that we will go next year too. The staff was especially nice and kind and the service was great.

Lovely small boutique hotel, adults only too. Great location. Rooms a bit tired, but have everything you need. Food excellent, staff brilliant. Will definitely go again.

Nice and very welcoming staff. It was like coming home. The breakfast var excellent and the room perfect, clean and comfortable. I had a wonderful stay here last week of April and I will sure be back. Love you all!

Hotel is right on the beach. Only half board is available at this peaceful adults only hotel but quality of food and service is outstanding. Very comfortable rooms, upmarket toietries, coffee machine, tea/coffee making facilities, towelling robes, slippers and beach towels all provided. lovely pool, adequate parking, central location. Only drawback we found was that we have walking difficulties and there were no rooms with walk in showers and, although so very close, access to the beach was not possible for us as it was via a rather wobbly set of wooden steps. Entertainment on only two evenings at the pool bar. The large main bar in the comfortable reception foyer was not open. But it is early season. There is a fitness centre and a range of massage treatments are available. The Manager is the hardest working employee that this chain has. It seemed to us that he never slept and was constantly moving around getting involved with all staff to ensure everything was done perfectly. We would definitely like to stay here again but a walk in shower would need to be available.

We recently had a week here and we couldn’t fault the hotel and the staff. The views are stunning from the green lawn to the azure sea. The staff, as all reviews say, are exceptionally friendly and helpful. From the managers, Dorothea at the bar, all the waiting and housekeeping staff . The food was excellent and abundant, again with a kitchen staff friendly and helpful. The rooms were a good size, comfortable and yes they have a kettle and a fridge. There is an very handy and easy bus route into Chania, with its evocative old town, museums and its Greek, Byzantine, Venetian and Ottoman architecture. With a huge range of great places to eat and drink many with views and atmosphere, it’s well worth a day out. We also very much enjoyed the “little fun train” road trips (honesty... it really is good) up into the mountains, though orange groves heavy with the smell of blossom , crystal blue lakes and snow capped mountains. We will come back to Crete and to this hotel.
