D	Dionne Kebbell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed for 7 nights. Fantastic hotel, wonderful room. Everything was clean, swimming pool great. Great food. No complaints at all!!! Would highly recommended it to both couples amd families. We didn't want to come home!!!

All be it in these covid times was not as lively as it usually would be we tried our best. The bar man there vasilis was great he played songs for us and entertained us most nights. Would definitely recommend this place its beautiful and if you do go make sure you do the boat trip to balos its spectacular. Oh and bring runners for the second island if you wish to walk to the top to see the castle. Views from there is amazing granvousa I think its called. All in all I think I'll be back
Y	Ylva Bohman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok. Hower, note that you are not allowed to swim in the ocean due to lifeguards preventing it. Which is not the hotels fault, but there is no point in paying for a hotel on the beach if you can not swim. Would thereof recommend another destination since this ruined our holiday. Been to Crete several times, but this was the last.

The rooms are very clean, and there are lots of places to eat around down the street. Great stay! ??
N	Nikolai Waldman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean, but we had 2 soffas and no table so we had to put our drinks on the floor. The food was ok, but no real coffee or juices, just instant, is not what I suspect from a 5 star hotel. The pool is not heated, so it was warmer to swim in the sea. Overall it’s ok, but not worth the 5 stars.

Both 4 stars, and Iolida stands out, due to cleanliness, food variety and freshness, friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are quite big, 2 medium sized pools with lots of seats, and direct access to the beach. I found nothing to improve, and they also asked for feedback (rarely someone does). Maybe a bit too pricey drinks if you don’t buy all inclusive. Enjoy!

J	Joe Pose on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravo, Bravo, Bravo I could not fault this hotel, the staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much bother the food was excellent for our taste with the exception of a couple of dishes over the week and bearing in mind there were hundreds of different dishes over the week that wasn't bad, the rooms were large and kept clean as were the communal areas, 3 pools, swim up bar and a clean beach.
