Tourists trap. Fish was not fresh and reheated in the microwave. 9 mussels for 9€ served cold + hidden service charges (1€ per person)

We were scammed! The food wasn't good and it came cold. The quantity is really small... The price was too high for what that is. Such a pity, there is a beautiful view in front of you and the restaurant is a disappointment. Seriously, don't even try.

They said they coudn't lay a tablecloth on a little beach table, but they were able to charge 127 euros for what we ordered finally. The meatballs were at least 50% made from bread. We didn't order fish as the one on display was clearly stale. As far as my experience as an amateur fisherman allows me to judge it was coming from fish farm as well, but charged 50 euros per kilo. Maybe they have confused Porto Kagio with Santorini. They even told us that the ice scream would be on the house (we did not ask for it and this is not the reason for my low star review), but they were charged normally.

The location is excellent, your feet at the sea. The shrimp spaghetti was excellent but the rest not.

An off the beaten track restaurant giving a warm welcome and great food full of flavour and colours. The tomato salad was delicious and the souvlaki a real treat, served with a pitta bread, thin chips/fries tomato and Tzatziki

Perfection. Taverna by the sea with lounges basically touching the water. Lovely owners. Delicious Greek salad served in fabulous rusk bread bowl; grilled squid; chicken; real deal fava and tzatziki ; cold beers... all served seaside. Heavenly.

They were so kind first of all, food was delicious, just a bit expensive if you compare places around!! If you visit Porto Cayo, you can chill and eat with the perfect view there!

The food was great. We had the fresh squid (approx. 650gr). We could choose the fresh squid which was stored in a box on ice. I was surprised as the waiter charged some bread to our bill: we had not ordered it and it seemed to be a complimentary dish. Still, worth it anyways. (Beyond the Restaurant review and in general to Porto Kayo: when you plan to come there, be a little earlier, like before 11AM. This makes it a lot easier to find a parking lot)
