Limestone - Agiou Mina

I'd like to think that I've been to some of the better hotels out there, but the service and hospitality at Limestone went above and beyond my expectations. Much of that was thanks to Thrasos, the hotel manager. I received helpful, friendly and expedient assistance with everything I needed during my trip. More importantly, as a newcomer to Santorini, I received ample advice on things to do, tailored to my interests. The view from the room is stunning and spending the evening in the jacuzzi while sipping on local wine is as close as I've been to paradise on any vacation. The rooms aren't huge, but extremely comfortable and amenities are plentiful as well. The location offers fast, easy access to the city of Fira and other places of note on the island are within easy reach with plenty of options to get there. I can't think of a better home base from which to explore and enjoy everything this amazing island has to offer.

Amazing place, views, people! Thrasos is one of the most prefessional managers I ever met. Rooms are spotless with beautiful decor. Fresh breakfast made to order every day. Book Limestone and you will have your little paradise in Santorini.

Cannot recommend Limestone enough! If it's your first time in Santorini and you're unsure where to stay, stay here! - Firstly Thrasos (the hotel manager) can't do enough to help you. He is fantastic and so lovely. - The room is spacious and beautiful, also it's pitch black at night and you can't hear anything outside so you get a great nights sleep. - The location is perfect, a few minutes walk into the lovely Fira town. with restaurants and cocktail bars on your doorstep. - It's peaceful and tranquil but then you have the town on your doorstep. - The views are breath-taking. - Amazing breakfast! So much choice, as much as you like and they bring it to your room. We would have loved to have booked the honeymoon suite as it has a hot tub with a view but unfortunately it was booked (we booked last minute). Next time we will definitely book it! However, you won't be disappointed with any of the rooms. They all have their own private areas outside also. Fantastic place, so pleased we booked Limestone.

Don’t hesitate to stay here! Stayed in the honeymoon suite with my partner for one night, the view is amazing, staff were exceptional, we had a bottle of sparkling wine delivered complimentary to the room on arrival! they organised transport for the airport for us, breakfast was amazing & delivered to the room at our requested time. Extremely clean, room was huge with a massive bathroom/shower & a very comfortable bed. Wish we had stayed longer!

The staff were overwhelmingly professional and truly seemed to care. Only issue I had was that hot tub would not go warmer than 33 Celsius.

What an amazing little hotel! If you want to feel like a King and Queen, stay here! The service was excellent. Thrassos and his team went out of their way to make us feel at home. Our luggage was carried, we were greeted with smiles and waves every day and surprised on more than one location with wine and goodies while we enjoyed the sunet on our patio. It was our honeymoon and Thrassos went out of his way to change our room for one night to allow us to use an outdoor Jacuzzi, it was very kind of him. He even walked with us for 5 minutes into town to ensure we found the driver for our tour. Location is perfect, 30 second walk from main streets of Fira but still out-of-the-way enough to be quiet at night. The breakfast was AMAZING. No need to book dinner at sunset as your patio has the best view of it. Great stay!

This place is amazing from start to finish. The staff member (who's name I forgot unfortunately) was the most pleasant person I have met. He greeted us, helped us with our suitcases, provided a quick brief of the history of our house and even have us a bottle of rose! The room and especially the caldera view from the honeymoon suite was astonishing! Included was an unlimited breakfast which really is unlimited (you can have as much as you want) and it was absolutely delicious! If you want to treat yourself even for a night, I highly recommend Limestone

Could not fault the service and hospitality of this little place. Location is great right next to town but on the quiet side so less noise and people. Rooms, views and outside furnishings are all stunning and the breakfast service is one of the best. We had the junior suite which although smaller would highly recommend as you get the best caldera views and the hot tub/pool is not overlooked as some of the other suites are.
