★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's not a lot of choice when you are looking for Audi VW service around Athens so in the south you get Karenta. That said, they are well organised and reliable if not exactly cheap. A more competitive environment might also mean that people would smile a bit more when their customers arrive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was treated incredibly badly there as a customer. Snooty condescending and arrogant. The damage has not yet been fully repaired. I had to go to a second workshop. I will never hire this company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take the car for half a day, even if you need to pump up the pressure in the wheels. My appointment at 10 am for a wheel tire change. They said that the car would be ready at about 14:00. 4 hours for a tire change ??? Now it is 12:30, the car has not even been taken for repairs yet. My question. Why then do I appointment for a certain time 10 am ??? The level of service - 0 out of 5. I do not recommend.
