★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very rude host. you can only pay in cash. they don't like to pay taxes I believe. Watch out when you book with Expedia, than the hotel treats you as a second class guest. you only get the worst rooms.the room was very dark and you cannot open the terrace door because cats run into your room constantly. the rooms are not cleaned properly during the stay.and shampoo you only get one small for 7 days. so better go in every other hotel but not there!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a fantastic stay at Koutrakis Suites with my friends. The rooms were overall extremely spacious and clean, and the WiFi worked fine. The air-conditioning was also sufficiently strong, and our balcony opened up to a beautiful expanse of dark sea and light sky.
My friends and I arrived at this beautiful sea-side stay after midnight, and Stella and Manos (the owners) were both very understanding. Stella showed us to our room, and invited us to some drinks at their pool bar, where we spent a very relaxing night. We also met another pair of visitors who were both extremely kind, and were constant repeat customers, which is a testament to the incredible warmth of Koutrakis Suites. If I ever come back to Crete, I will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for a week with my husband/daughter & our 2 grandchildren aged 8/4.
Our 1st impression was very pleasing....& the cleanliness is & has remained 1st class.
Being 'All Inclusive' & rated 5 star you'd expect as we've experienced in other 5*...that the soft drinks provided in our fridge..also the tea/coffee sachets would be replenished....this was not the case...all gone within the 1st day so we had to buy our own water etc...not what we expected.
The food was varied & satisfied us all.
On the whole...great location lovely hotel....just a shame about the refreshments?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What else to say about this hotel. Absolutely fabulous Cretan hospitality from Mina and Stella who maintain a beautiful hotel next to the sea. Beautiful renovated rooms, fully sound and light proof (GUARANTEE) with beautiful sea view. Crystal clear swimming pool, great breakfast variety and a cocktail bar which is the better choice to end your day. Surely a value for money choice and this is why we will definitely come again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have just returned from a lovely restful holiday at the Koutrakis Suites. The Koutrakis family, Stella, Mina and their mother made us most welcome and really looked after us, nothing at all was too much bother. They take great pride in what they do and in the accommodation they provide, everywhere was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location is excellent on the seafront and within minutes of all the village amenities. We would thoroughly recommend Koutrakis Suites to anyone looking a restful holiday in a charming Cretan fishing village.
ooops I nearly forgot to mention that Stella makes the best cocktails in Sisi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just came back from a wonderful 10 day holiday at the Koutrakiis suites. Every day was a warm gentle joy. The rooms and room service were excellent...comfy and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was also a delight. The location was perfect overlooking the sea... wonderful ☺️
