P	Paul McNiffe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1st holiday abroad in almost 3 years due to covid. So last year we booked Crete. Have never been to Crete or Greece before. What a great introduction The Vasia Resort & Spa was. It is well spaced out but doesn't feel too big. The staff are friendly and the food is really good and the complex is spotless. It is only a short walk to Sissi itself. A great place for a holiday and a relaxing 2 weeks were had by us
M	Molly Smallcombe on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vasia is a really lovely hotel and the staff cannot be faulted at all! Sissi is a beautiful location which is very quiet and peaceful. The rooms were always extremely clean and were comfortable. The only thing I would say is their are a lot of children so therefore it can get quite noisy around the pool. Food in the Buffett was good and we loved a tequila sunrise!

We really enjoyed the stay, especially my children who were very lucky to joined the kids club there. The kids cub open from 10am to 6pm every day except Wednesday. They have different activities every day, since my kids joined the club, they refused to go with me to see the beautiful beaches, day trips. My kids just wanted to stay at the kids club. The staff are very friendly and patients to the children. The kids club made our trip very special, my kids will remember it forever! We will miss you Pxxx Thank you vasia hotel and spa

No ways for nice walking around. No slippers in 5 stars hotel? dark uncosy rooms with even no suitable light in bathroom for wife's makeup things. actually nth about 5 stars. Good for families with small kids only who would like to have food and sit near the pool all day. Anyway staff were friendly and tried to did their best to make us feel more comfortable.
A	Alice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good hotel, rather 4 than 5 stars, very good food, varied, weak drinks; poor beach, rocky. rooms cleaned every day but almost no greek vibe (arrangement). Friendly staff. Unfortunately, the hotel seems to be supporting the Russian invasion of Ukraine: the letters Z, Russian TV in the club, Moscow time at the reception desk). In addition, the hotel day ends at 11AM, so if you have an evening flight you have to pay extra (€ 60 to 4pm, € 100 to midnight) or spend the day on a sunbed- self catering. Guests mainly from the Netherlands, France and England, but in the Kids Club the animators speak neither French nor Dutch (April).
R	Ross Kaberry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We really enjoyed our week at the Vasia, we were all inclusive. The food was good with many options, fresh cooked, fresh salad bar, meat grill, omelette chef a breakfast time. All staff were very nice, table service very attentive, no problem finding a table. The room was spacious with air-conditioning, decent bed and bathroom. We didn't like the slatted doors which were on all the toilets/bathrooms in the hotel, not sure why they went for that option. Various pool areas and sunbathing options, animation team were excellent. Location is good, you can walk to town, beach and port in a few mins and there are some good local restaurants and bars. There's also mini golf in town with a drinks terrace overlooking the sea which is superb. There are plenty of car/bike/ATV rental shops and a road train you can take an hours tour on if you can motivate yourself to leave the complex.
A	Aaron Diggins on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent place to stay. Staff are very helpful, super friendly and answer any questions you have and are very happy to help. I didn't expect much from the all inclusive food, but it was fresh, tasty and plenty of options at meal times. The pools are spotless and very well maintained. The room was very clean and kept to a high standard and the cleaners were also very friendly. The surrounding area is lovely and would highly recommend exploring. The taxis that they organised were very reasonable in price. I would 100% recommend staying here and I would stay here again. Thank you for the nice stay!
