M	Matt Westman on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great in early summer for lads and quality resort for families. Only drawback is €8 a night for aircon. Reasonable prices but cheaper if you walk to bars in town. 5 minutes away from the strip. Great holiday

We has to separate apartments near the pool and they were great. Arrived Sunday 24th Sept 2017 staying in a superior apartment with 4 of us and it's spotless. The staff even remember us from 2014. Very welcoming.... go over and beyond to make sure you are happy and comfortable. They serve an excellent breakfast.. reasonable priced. The best Mythos.. served in a chilled glass.. could life get any better? Well yes we could move over her. Honestly great location.. great views..

Staff are superb paired with very good food and choice of drinks at very competitive prices. Great family owned complex with a very relaxing atmosphere. Will definitely be back again and this is from a group of 8 friends and family who all share the same opinion. 1st Class.
S	Simon Cocker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly atmosphere. Staff are great, their aim seems to be to ensure you have a great holiday. Music around the pool all day but not so loud as it becomes a distraction. Currently here now enjoying it . I'll update the review with more detail later.

J	James Estill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a gem! Had a fantastic week with my son at the Kristalli Hotel. Perfectly situated up in the old town of Malia, on the small road up to Lasithi Plateau, which makes it an ideal base to explore the area, with an easy walk down the hill into the centre. It's a family-owned and run hotel. Nico and his wife and children are very welcoming and will go out of their way to help out. The place is spotlessly clean and the grounds are kept immaculate. Great pool with plenty of sunbeds to go round. Rooms cleaned regularly - daily I think, or at least every other day - and all kitted out with everything you need in the small kitchenettes. Simple but effective. Fridges and aircon work like a dream - just what you need with 35+ degrees. Lovely breakfast buffet in the morning, on the poolside terrace, and snacks available at the bar all day should you need them. All in all, a terrific week and we were sad to leave Kristalli - I get the feeling we will be back sooner rather than later. Thank you Nico and the Crew!

It's a family business and the atmosphere is also very friendly. :) Only thing I'd love to be upgraded were breakfast- monotonous, with very few vegetables (which was problematic for me as I'm vegan). The swimming pool is small but we didn't use it anyway so it wasn't an issue. It takes around 20 minutes walking (1.7km) to the nearest beach (not the nicest one) and 35minutes (3km) to very beautiful Potamos beach which I highly recommend. :)
