l	litsa pitopoulaki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Inadmissible !!!!!!!!!!! Rude, indifferent.... I don not know what to say. I have rented many cars to various islands in Greece and Crete and specifically at Heraklion. What we experienced with these people was unbelievable!!! They asked from us 800euro on delivery of the car as guarantee for the car we booked through internet. Otherwise we had to give them 250euro to let us take the car. Nothing like that was mentioned on the terms and conditions when we booked the car!!! We disagreed with their requirements and their reaction was to close the office and leave us just like that at the airport! The highlight? Today we called to the office to find a solution to the issue. Their response was to insult us and hung up on us! Stay away from this office if you want to have a car and not to lose your deposit. As car provider, it also appears as CALDERA CAR HIRE.

If you do not return your car completely clean inside, you will be aggressivly forced to therefore pay additional EUR20,-. It is a fraud to offer best price knowing that they will charge you again when you return the car....
R	Rose Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We rent a jeep from Europent for five days. We went in many places by doing many kilometers and had no problem. When they delivered it to us, it was washed, and gave us GPS. Air condition and radio worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall I am very satisfied at all.

We tried full insurance through easycar website as it was cheaper but still needed pre-authorization of card as it was from a third party seller. No problems though: Car was clean and we were upgraded from a Hyundai i10 or similar to a brand new vw polo. Great job guys. Well done! Tip: Go for full insurance guys at the office to avoid pre-authorization of your card (as insurance comes with the normal CDW that all companies offer).

But the guys did their best and brought us a brand new (had 2000 miles) peugeot 208 which was terrific. Loved their service and were extremely flexible on where to return the car. We got this car from Chania city centre and because we were flying from Heraklion airport (in the other side of crete) we could drop their car in their facilities there at an extremely low cost...! (they also have a station in Chania airport as they gave us the option to drop our car there as well). No words for them, they are exceptional.... Thank you for everything guys!

When we took the car, we showed the inspector where the scratches were ... it was a shock, he did not know the car! On the phone we were told that the deposit is not needed ... in the end, upon arrival, they ask for a deposit of 900 euros. We agreed for 200 euros and of course no one returned them! It turned out that this company simply began to have a new name, their old name is caldera, and they deceive people all the time without returning their deposit! A person took the car without even knowing where they had breakdowns, we ourselves pointed out to them!
