★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and reasonable prices! The car was brought to the Villas we stayed at and returning it to the airport in the middle of the night was not a problem. The car rental guys gave us some great tips where to drive to enjoy some nice beaches and wineries.

Have had a couple of BAD experiences in the past, companies trying to blame you for damages already done before you rented the car, at Reisen you get what you paid for with absolutely NO HASSLE what so ever. Mr. Marinakis did all he can to make everything go so smooth as possible. Car was CLEAN end waiting for us just 5 meters from doors of the arrivals exit-door (what a luxury!) . Dropoff was also hassle free – no nonsense about anything at all. I apologised for not washing the car before dropoff (car was very dusty because of the unpaved road to our villa), no apologies needed, these things happen he said with a smile.
Surely will rent from them again when visiting Crete the next time. One last tip – forget Flisvos – terrible company they surely will ruin your vacation with an OLD, dirty and overpriced car!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hired a Suzuki Vitara for two days to explore Crete. The car was as good as new and very fresh. The car rental was really nice and showed and highlighted on a map of things you do not want to miss seeing!
Highly recommend this company, fast and pleasant service.
