Ci abbiamo messo oltre un ora a contattare l'assistenza poiché il telefono era irraggiungibile. Dopo 4 ore di attesa in mezzo al nulla ci è stato fornito un mezzo sostitutivo. Anche il mezzo sostitutivo ci ha lasciato a piedi nel giro di 24 ore.
 We had problems with the rented vehicle on the second day.
It took us over an hour to contact support as the phone was unreachable. After 4 hours of waiting in the middle of nowhere we were provided with a replacement vehicle. The replacement vehicle also left us on foot within 24 hours.
