β β β β β A beautiful, quaint botanical place with pristinely cleaned rooms. Maria is like mother Theresa and will shower you with cakes and other treats. The room is cleaned every single day and clean bedding and towels provided daily. The garden area is a sun trap and perfect for sunbathing. The area comes with a variety of cats and we had the complete joy of spending the entire trip with the new litter of kittens! The small touches like coffee, cake and warm greetings from Maria and other staff give the place such a personal and welcoming feeling. Canβt recommend enough. Lucia studios is a few mins walk from Laganas beach and also the strip in the other direction. Will be returning!

β β β β β The place ia nice but not that extraordinary as in the pictures. It is clean and the cleaning lady takes out the garbage every day and changes the towels every 3-4 days. Big garden in the back where you can park your car is a big pkus. The price is an honest one and the host is also nice. Per total we liked it there. It is perfect for people who also want a small kitchen. Place is not so quiet because the road is on the same side as the balcony and there are lots of people and cars passing by during the night.

β β β β β Excellent! The house is beautiful, the garden is amazing. We received a basket full of juicy fruits every two days. The room was very clean. Hope to visit again? There is a restaurant nearby, they have the best ribbs.

β β β β β Amazing place. Stayed here for a week, it was perfect for going to the beach, to restaurants and bars. The garden and the balcony was amazing, not to mention the fresh garden fruit the host was picking from her garden and leaving for the guests to take freely. There was even a fruit basket one day waiting for us. The place is exceptionally clean, the cleaning lady was there every day to take out the trash and clean the room. Very pleased with this, would definitely come back.

β β β β β The rooms are a bit to small. In photos they are bigger. However, Lucia is a very nice person. She offered us, traditional Greek bread, fruits and veggies for free. The place is near beach, near shops and city center. It's a nice place to stay. We enjoyed it and I recommend it if you don't have an issue with the room size.
