★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family run hotel in Loutro. There isn't a elevator so we had to walk upstairs to our room on the 4th floor. Our room was simple but clean, with a great view of the bay.

Hotel:
The balcony with a view over the sea is amazing. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. But it is very hard to go up and down from the stairs. The bathroom doesn't have curtain.
Restaurant:
The foods are good and fresh especially fish but they are not cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Breakfast at €10 was very poor value compared with other Lutro hotels and taverns. Room 9, 86 steps up, had a good mattress and the floordrobe worked fine for us. Cleaned almost daily. Nice balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was good and they convinced us to eat there. The fish was good and fresh. The rest was a complete disaster. It was just old. Dry dolmadakia. White oven potatoes because they were so old...you cannot sell that stuff, but they do! The bread cost 2 euros...on the menu it said 1. I complained but in the end they do not care. I should not have eaten anything and not payed. And they waitress lied saying the oven potatoes were made today... impossible!!! Worsed dinner in Greece so far. In 28 years of travelling Greece and being half Greek. Do not go there. Whoever likes this food either was super lucky or has no idea!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is a ripoff, charged for the table, brought a salad that we didn't order and charged for it anyway, and the quality was terrible. Avoid – there are much better restaurants that won't steal your money and prey on tourists.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's such a pity because the establishment is in a prime location with amazing views from the balconies BUT our room was very basic, not properly cleaned, the toilet was disgusting and we had to scrub it up on arrival. The sink was leaking on the floor and the shower had no curtain so the bathroom floor was constantly wet, and the towels were so rough they felt like sandpaper on our skin. Two stars, just because mattress and pillows were somewhat decent, mini fridge, hairdryer and aircondition were working and shutters provide complete darkness if you're bothered by morning light.

The waiter was kind, but his hands were getting constantly in our plates and foods (as he brought our plates), I ordered a shrimp pasta 12€ And it had only ONE SHRIMP, some of our plates never came, a complete rip-off (their fish were not fresh only 1 or 2 and the cost is beyond your imagination) the view is nice but you can see it from a bench.
Also, no tablecloth, no napkins, no gloves (their staff) and off course - no COVID guidelines.
I don’t recommend this …

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Charming location and excellent fresh fish delivered by their own fishermen. Unfortunately, after picking out and weighing my choice of fish that morning, after dinner they tried to bill me for a fish that weighed 25% more than what I ordered, resulting in an overcharge of 15 Euros. After I complained, the bill was corrected without a word of apology or explanation. It felt like standard operating procedure to me. I would avoid this place. There are other wonderful options available in this lovely harbor
