★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are very modern, clean and comfortable. I have stayed in many places in Greece so I feel it needs to be said out loud: the bathroom is large, modern, and the shower is fantastic: spacious and with closed door, no filthy oil cloth which will stick to your body. I wish I had one like this at home, haha;)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The rooms are nice. But the service of the RESTAURANT is TERRIBLE, they don’t even look at you when you’re talking, horrible!! And the food is VERY mediocre. Go to places further up like stratis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing place and amazing Cretan hospitality! My favorite place at the south Crete! The rooms are amazing very clean, new and the best view! The family kriaras are really kind and generous! I will be back for sure!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are newly and very tastefully Rennovated. Very modern and clean! Many photos posted by other viewers are not accurate. The food was also superb. The t bone steak was amazing so are the chicken skewers! Service was very friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ restaurant was ok but not stunning. Paying for water unlike in others, bureki were ok but stuffed tomatos were slightly tasteless inside I think. Païdhakia were good but it was not the biggest portion. The chicken suvlaki were ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our stay was lovely. The view was one of the best! I had the stable steak and house wine. I've had awesome meals in loutro but this was one of the best .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Newly renovated room which exceeded our expectations. Room was small but more than enough for what we needed (a base in Loutro). Really nice bathroom and small balcony with partial view of the ocean and washing line for towels/swimming costumes etc. Owner wasn’t very talkative but not a problem for us as once checked in we were self sufficient. Overall great value for money and would stay there again if in Loutro. Amazing hiking tracks start right next to hotel. We didn’t eat at the restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was nice, but the service at the restaurant was horrible. Some of the people serving us, the manager included, would not even look at us, nod, or smile while serving. For each time we said "thank you" or "efharisto" we did not get one "you're welcome" or "parakalo" in return. Quite an unpleasent and surreal experience.
