c	chu wa ho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved two nights stay in this suite I check in and stayed for day 1 I left at day 2 and immediately booked another hotel in Oia because I could not put up with this pro: 1) quiet, can sleep 2) a large bottle of water provided 3) enough hot water for bath cons: 1) you need to walk down a long stair when you check-in. if you are with luggage, be ready for a quick work out here 2) when I asked the staff how could I get back with luggage to ground level at the day of check out, he replied "I don't know" 3) eventually housekeeper asked me for 5 euros for lifting up the luggage back to ground level 4) wifi is poor which requires 3 mins to send out a text-only gmail 5) official photos are not real enough, especially interior part 6) not to mention countless flying bug 7) staff is literally friendly, but no detailed explanation of the local district 8) reception is not always opened in daytime 9) breakfast,,,,, um... alright is okay... but fall short of my expectation
J	Journey Imaged on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mantos Small World is not a "grand resort" but rooms are large & comfortable. The entire complex is really quite simple; there are no Hot Tubs and there is no Swimming Pool, but there is a wonderful balcony with table & chairs where we had a delicious breakfast every morning. with a stunning view. An even more dramatic view was had every evening of the amazing sunsets! Once past the stairs - make no mistake, there are a lot of stairs! - it is close to much of what you want to see on the island. If not walking distance, bus and taxi transportation is very close. Maria and staff always seem to be available for whatever need might arise.
B	Ben Amsalem on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pros: Amazing view, sitting in the balcony was one of the best things about the place. A very large and well equipped room. The manager of this hotel is a nice person, she was willing to help and explain everything we asked about. Cons: The breakfast is disappointing, nothing special about the food which is served. Maybe a restaurant with a nice view would be a better idea. In addition, the staff was more than 1 hour late with the food in our last day, not a nice experience when you set an alarm (on holiday) in order not to miss it, and you have to check out in 2-3 hours. We had a problem with the toilet, it was not fixed immediately (1.5 hour) and we weren't offered an alternative solution. It's toilet, not a brokenTV or some lights in the room... Overall, we enjoyed our stay despite of the problems with the service and I would recommend this hotel when the price is not too high.
J	Jon Erickson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were in room 10. Great views. Wonderful staff. Breakfast included every morning delivered to your room ( 8 am - 11 am). Bed was a little hard for me. Lots of stairs to carry luggage, but worth it! Driving around the island can be a bit challenging to do, I found looking for landmarks on Google maps help with the cost.

The breathtaking views, amazing breakfast and world-class service are amongst the highlights. And who can forget how quickly they got to serving our breakfast as soon as we would open our window shade. Unforgettable. Thank you Manos and team!

It is not neccesary to be luxury , but everthing is old and no so clean, bathroom , bed....the room is really big with a nice view but not nice, so disapointed. Jacuzzi does not work, breakfast is awful, 2 eggs, old bread, croissantas , butter ,jam ,marmelade, "coffe" every single day same. Only what is worth is view and staff.
S	Suchint K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful little place. Great views of the caldera from the balcony - it is really the best view we saw. The staff was great, very helpful and professional. The rooms are clean, air conditioned, well maintained - but they are quite basic. So you pay really for the location and the views. Great experience, would recommend!!
