★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a Hyundai Tucson because of it's big size and storage space (March 2019). Prior, we came in contact with the company making clear that this is the only car we are interested in. It seemed like there was no problem. When we arrived at the port of Heraklion we realised that they had a newer BUT smaller car for us (Nissan Qashqai). One of the company's employees explained that she measured herself both cars and found Qashqai bigger, which is not true. After a long discussion the problem was solved and a day later we got the car we asked for. Despite their lack of knowledge, the stuff was friendly. After picking up Tucson everything worked fine and we had a great travelling experience!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a great road trip experience. We hired a 4x4 Hyundai for 9 days that made our trip a fantastic one; the service was straight forward, polite, practical and quick. No hidden charges, no hassle. We will do this again with Megalonisos( Greenways ) without hesitation. We will come back and look nowhere else for a car hire. Thank you for everything.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We hired a car from these guys in July of this year ('17) and couldn't be happier with it...a nearly brand new BMW X1! The customer service at the counter (lovely & funny man with glasses) was great and there were no issues whatsoever. The price was fantastic too! We will definitely be using Megalonissos again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything went quick and easy. The price included insurance, so no additional credit card guarantee was necesarry. The rental was actually from their sister company Greenways.
Only problem was that we requested car pick up at city centre, but they only rented at the time from airports - which forced us to modify our plans a bit, but wasn't a big issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The reservation process was easy and prices are cheap. But keep in mind that the vehicles you get are older and not as modern as if you book with one of the bigger rental companies. Also we had added the full insurance during reservation, but when we wanted to pick-up the car we were told that only damages on third-party vehicles were insured. So if you want to insure also damages to your own car, you will have to pay an additional amount per day. Nevertheless, prices during summer time were much cheaper than with the larger companies. Maybe depending on the season, we would go with another company depending on the price difference.
