Minoas covered everything and was always available for any questions. Him and his family were so helpful and extremely friendly. Definitely recommend staying in the villas. We didn't hire a car but instead used a local taxi firm recommended by Minoas. Plenty of tavernas in the village which is around a 8 minute walk some closer Will definitely return. Thank you Minoas and family
M	Miss Classydressed on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only have one word for this villa and it's AMAZING! We went as a big family 7 adults 8 children and it was just the perfect size for all of us. The villa was super clean it had literally everything you need. The owner is an absolute Gem he really goes above and beyond for you. It was the day we arrived and we was really tired and we needed milk for the kids. Within minutes he arrived and brought us milk and even drove us to the local supermarket so we could buy some snacks. He is very attentive and helps out whenever he can. It's about a 10 minute walk from the villa to the lake and that was beautiful. There are a few activities you can do there which we all enjoyed and a few restaurants. However, I do recommend you go to Oniro the food was really good and cheap and they're ice cream is to die for. I must say we was very impressed, we will surely come here again! Andrea xx

The villa is finished to an exceptionally high standard, equipped with everything you could wish for, including welcome refreshments and beach towels. The villa is exceptionally clean, and a mid-week clean leaves the villa spotless. Minoas welcomed us at the villa, and was the prefect host. He sent recommendations to WhatsApp, and answered our questions very quickly. The location of the villa was perfect for us, in a quiet location but close to the beautiful Lake Kournas and beaches at Georgioupolis. We visited Chania (only 50 mins drive) and Rethymno (30 mins) which both have a wonderful harbour and old town areas. We cannot recommend this villa enough, and will definitely be returning (if we can find availability as I’m sure it will be very popular!). Minoas – thank you and we wish you every success with your amazing properties.
K	K Sid on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The villas are of a high standard, luxurious in reality not just in name. The outdoor area is perfect….the pool, sun loungers, covered patio, bbq! Inside the villa is just as great, the aircon was much needed in the August heat. But what makes these villas is the great host Minoas. Highly recommend these holidays villas, we did not want to leave
T	Tony Medina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everything is perfect. The location is up the mountains, through olive trees and near one of the most picturesque lakes on earth. It is quiet with a view of the sea. The house itself is perfectly planned out and big. The way they treat you is like family. It seems almost too good to be true when you read about this online but it just is this way. Tips: -visit their family taberna on the lakenfor breakfast and dinner. Walk around the the lake and ride the paddle boat. There are small gift shops there as well. -take a walk up the road to see more epic views of the lake through the tiny village. There is a restaurant up there too. Walk down the road to see how the village you are in lives. One man even gave us a tour of his home and we were given pomegranates by another lady. People are so friendly and hospitable here. -drive (you need to rent a car to enjoy everything here) to the honey farm near by and by block of honey with the wax for 10 euros. -Drive 1.5 hours south to Cretan Vibes Farm for a cooking class experience. The drive and experience is amazing through the mountains. If I could this place and its hosts 1000 stars I would.

The villas are incredible, so modern and stylish but still comfortable. The pools and hot tubs are lovely and the view is just beautiful!! We cannot thank Minoas enough for everything he done, he was so accommodating and went above and beyond. I already can’t wait to go back!!
