Great place to visit, the staff is very friendly. The food is amazing, very good plates and diversity of food, not only Greece food.

Amazing hotel & staff, our holiday was unforgettable, loved everything, first class service,food was to die for, room was brilliant beds were so comfortable, the staff made you so welcome, the welcome items in the room was a lovely touch,fresh bottled water in the room daily, when on the sunbeds by the pool you got fresh watermelon & a cold flannel which was much needed, they made my husband a birthday cake & they all sung happy birthday, they also all signed a birthday card & gave him a gift wrapped up & left it in the room,this is the best holiday we have ever had & we will definitely be coming back as couldn't fault one thing at all, we were sad to leave such a wonderful place

I am with my boyfriend and we booked all inclusive. Some things aren't inclusive and needed to be payed for, like some drinks at the poolbar. The hotel is located just behind a small village and has a busstop near, so you can go to a city. It has an amazing view to the mountains and lays direct to the beach. The rooms are cosy and has enough space for two people. It also has a very nice bathroom. With the arrival, you get a lot of information and a gift: a free massage. When there are questions, they are answered directly.

To make the long story short: MINOS MARE ROYAL is AMAZING. From friendly, attentive staff to extra delicious food and perfect location. Very clean and well maintained, with direct access to own part of the beach. Whats worth mentioning is that there is no fee for sunbeds and there is enough sunbeds for everyone (at least during our stay there). Very close to many tavernas, car rentals, souvenir shops and markets which are basically in 2 min walking distance. This place is perfect for families with kids as its quiet and has a very nice pool. We stayed in Minos Mare Royal, which is 5* but I bet that 4* part of the complex (Minos Mare) is a delight as well. Altogether: highly recommended. PS: Kudos to Stavros for beeing a great manager.

This 5*hotel is a pleasure all over. We enjoyed a lot the rooms that are spacious, the delicious food, the near beach and most of all the very kind people always smiling. The kids were over excited of the nice treatment and the small gifts were very appreciated. All in all a present stay that worth the money!-- iAurelM.

Delicious experience Hotel has all you need. Clean, quiet, beautiful place. Food – TURBO DELICIOUS. Big, not crowded swimming pool. Not expensive shop in hotel area. Perfect room. At first glance whole experience might not seem so ideal, give it some time. Beach next to the hotel is very nice, you can relax on one of hotels bed. Very friendly when you have flight later after you check out from your room – shower room etc... Many small things that together will make your stay there unforgettable. I do recommend this hotel! Two small things I could fix are: Doors locks are not working all the time, that happened not only for us so I believe this is bigger problem. Evening activities from Minos Mare Hotel are not listed in Royal or I could not find it, Sport activities list (I advise to join) is there but there are some evening concerts, shows, quizzes you are not informed well. Thanks!! Po polsku krótko, Świetny hotel polecam, ciężko szukać wad, bardzo elastyczny w dzień wyjazdu – posiada nawet toaletę z prysznicem wyposażoną jak ta pokojowa (klucz w recepcji). Cudowne doświadczenie, z małych minusów to czasem jest problem z zamkiem w drzwiach i wieczorne pokazy, koncerty czy quizy nie są rozpisane nigdzie lub nie umiałem ich znaleźć.
