★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice-quiet & cheap place, good service, excellent PoolBar (good Music-TV Sports- beer & cocktails) plus ... pool (for kids also) and near (100m) to the beach & to the market place. Wonderful point for exploration of the Island of Crete !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived late, about 1am and we were warmly welcomed, showed to our rooms and offered a complimentary welcome drink at the bar. We were also given a big bottle of water for the room for free as all shops were closed at this time. Staff very friendly, can't do enough for you and the rooms are very clean and well kept with nice views of the pool and surrounding area. Shops and restaurant's within a 5 minute walk and entertainment some evenings at the bar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my dear i recently spent holidays in crete. I stayed with my wife and two children at the Bueno Hotel. We were greeted by a nice old lady, probably the mother of the owner. The hotel itself is worth three stars. nice service by the poolside bar. in the evening nice Eli poured cold beer and treated peanuts and chips. I really recommend this place. dutch family from Poland

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, situated in a reasonably quiet street with very little traffic. Very nice people run this place. There's an outside bar and outside seats. The building looks good and the room is taken good care of. Very clean. The bed is good, better than most beds I have slept on in Greece. The plumbing is reasonably good, very warm water from a suncollector on the roof, as is very common in Crete. The douche curtain is too short, so the whole place gets wet when showering. There are very few kitchen utensils. There is a toaster and a magnetron, as well as a water boiler. No coffee machine. A small but nice balcony with sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. They serve breakfast in the morning, which I have not tried.
Enjoyed my stay here. Supermarket nearby, lots of restaurants too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a very enjoyable week at Bueno. A quiet street, 1 min from beach. Pool is clean and good size. Bar is friendly with lots of comfy seats and happy staff.
This hotel has everything we need on our holidays. Close to adequate supermarket and bus route. Good choice for relaxing or visiting the town centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel. Would have given it a higher rating - but felt heartbroken seeing the little bird in a tiny cage. The only thing a bird can do is to fly. Seeing it trapped inside the cage was extremely sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just had a week at this hotel with all the family. The staff were lovely, George, Ella and Mrs Joanna. They could not have done more to help in the circumstances. Plenty of beers and cocktails at the bar served by Ella and a great time was had by all. Nice quiet location off the main road. George also provided a delicious chocolate cake for our grandsons birthday. Thank you all for you wonderful hospitality

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly people at this accomodation. Compliments for Joanna! Breakfast is excellent. The rooms have everything you need and are cleaned on a dayly basis. The beach is very near and beautiful. Supermarket is on a 3 minutes walk and the little town is Lovely.
