Otherwise it's got a nice view on the bay, a swimming pool, and a snack open late.
A bit crowded for my taste though.
Ameneties were okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice family hotel. If you not require perfect shape of luxury but want a fair price with perfect option to stay this is your place. Staff are really kind self beach belongs to the hotel and a nice little pool with jakuzzi. Rooms are clean and large so as the bathrooms. Not fancy. You can order nearly anything from the bar from dawn till dusk. Parking slots on the opposite side of the road next to the bus stop. It's between Elounda and Agios Nikolaos both town 5 mins by car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place to stay. Every apartments has an exclusive view on the gulf and the personnel are very kind and helpful. Near the apt there is a small beach of little stones.
In front of the building there is he exclusive parking.
Far from the city just 2 minutes by car or 15 minutes walking.
Every apt has coffee machines, dishes, pots and everything you need.
The apts are cleaned every 2 days.
The bar is open all the day.
The price is OK!
Truly suggested for a week of peace viewing the sea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely, helpful staff, fantastic view of the Cretan mountains and the med from our apartment. Apartment simple but very clean & comfortable with everything needed to have a great holiday. A minute's walk to Havania beach, which is rocky but does the job. The beautiful Almyros beach is a 12 min drive for those who want soft sand. You can also get a bus or taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start I want to highlight how friendly and helpful the staff were.
The apartments are quite basic, in need of some repair and modernising. A few problems annoyed me, like the sink area was on a slope that made water from the drying rack leak towards the electrical appliances. You have a small cooker, coffee machine, fridge, but nowhere on the kitchen side of the room to prepare your meals.
The bathroom was very depressing.
Basically it needs work on it, to make it better and less tatty.
The swimming pool is nice.
The place is in desperate need of its own parking, as the parking is on the opposite side of a busy road, on a corner. Twice we had a close call with cars speeding round the corner. (See photos)
