Although the Monastery looks a bit abandoned, it is worth a visit. The views from the bell-tower over the Ionian Sea, the Northern part of Ithaca and nearby Kefalonia are breathtaking! To my opinion, definitely one of the best view spots in Greece. Don't miss it when on the Island of Ithaca (Ithaki).
