J	Joty Dhaliwal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Incredible views, fantastic staff, great service, and good food. They provide free shuttle services into town and back for days out, which was really nice as it was convenient and safe. The service is always fantastic. Xristos Odysseas was one of the best staff we had on this trip. He made our stay very comfortable and always added a personal touch to his service. Whether this was for breakfast or room service, he was always ensuring we were taken care of. We would recommend this hotel to everyone as we had a lovely stay.

Management would rather argue with you than just make it right when you have concerns. Way better food in town for similar prices. The ambiance is very nice but again waitstaff can use some work. Perhaps we are just used to American 4 and 5 star hotels that blow this service away.

E	Erika on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing Hotel. We had a great experience there! Were there at the beginning of the season end of April this year. The staff was not fully trained. The only thing I wasn't so satisfied with was that the staff was not fluent in English, they sometimes did not understand what you wanted or misunderstood you. But the Hotel was clean and the breakfast delicious. Great variety. The food and drinks in the hotel are very expensive, so €€€ ;) like a Pizza Margerita for 17€ or a Sandwich for 17€. That is the cheapest on the menu! Just FYI
S	Sil Mandea on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. It had a great vibe, the pool area was fantastic, the view was gorgeous and relaxing, a swim up bar, staff was very very nice and kind. Breakfast buffet was great. Worth the money if you want to relax and get a resort type of feeling. 2. The room had a great view, it was modern, only draw back was the lighting. Not enough lights or poor light set up. Also there was no complimentary water, for the money you’re spending there should be complimentary water. A bottle of still water was $4 or $5 Euro, that’s ridiculous!

Also, we were taking towels from the hotel ourselves. I think for the 5 star hotel, they should be available directly on the beach. The beach is very unorganized...4 stars for the beach.

The welcome experience ruined the whole stay. They are too reluctant lack attention to detail for a 5 star hotel. Had to scream at them like sheep ? before getting results. Only good thing was sushi ? restaurant. Everything else was bad. Eventually had to check out and stay somewhere else (group of four). Owner of this hotel needs to sort out the front desk including the manager (very poor). Check in and front desk too poor ! Thanks PS. Still waiting for my refund for the difference in rate between a superior and basic ?
