β β β β β By far the worst 5 star hotel I came across. The service is absolutely miserable. A big part of the beach has been reserved for a privat function. Many sunbeds are not even occupied but you cannot use them. In a most unfriendly tone I was forbidden to sit there and that I have to find my own sunbed elsewhere. The sunbeds remained empty during the day. If the hotel cannot provide enough sunbeds and closes off 1/4 of the beach, then they should at least bear the costs for alternatives, which is 50 Euros for 2 sunbeds just adjacent to the hotels beach. I checked in into a 5 star hotel but get a 1 star service. Never again!

β β β β β Lovely 5 star hotel with lots of amenities. Rooms are very spacious, unlike most Mediterranean hotels. Located in a quieter part of the island but next to other hotels in the same group, so you have multiple nearby restaurants & shops. Breakfast buffet is expansive with tasty food. The dinner restaurant is also very good, though expect a higher price tag for anything. Stay also includes private sand beach access (+ towels) & free shuttles to town at select times. Staff was very helpful during our stay there, as we needed help finding a covid test site before our flight back home. They currently offer on-site testing as well, but it is cheaper to visit a local clinic instead.
Only complaint I can think of is that the rooms could have better sound insulation; the stone floors can cause some sound traveling from other rooms/people walking by. Also, the private hot tub with the suite was nice, but a bit uncomfortably close to the next room than I'd personally prefer, especially since our neighbors were out there practically our entire stay.
If you're planning a visit to Mykonos island, especially a longer stay, & are looking for a fancier place, this would be a good option for sure. Solid 4.5 to 5 star experience. Wish we could've spent more time here!

β β β β β That hotel is very beautiful and quite, large pool with a bar in the pool, nice barman.
Very good service , the staff in the reception is very helpful.
The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the view from the balcony to the sea is amazing.
You can use all makonian hotels' facilities. The spa is beautiful. The gym is small but with new equipments.
The area is windy...
The food is very good.
The hotel transportation is very useful.

β β β β β Rooms too small. Food and drinks way overpriced. Jacuzzi remained at a solid 70-75F. Service and rest of the amenities are great.

β β β β β Unless you are young, fit, enjoy isolation and have bottomless pockets this is not the hotel for you. All rooms have at least two steps to negotiate to get there plus some long terraces. No handrails to hold on to and nothing to hold on to getting into or out of the bath to take a shower.
Hotel is high up on the side of a hill and even the courtesy busses ground out on the hairpin bends. Weren't told about the little hotel suttle us to get down to the beach below until the day before 40 of us seniors from the UK departed.
Food was good in the evening but cold breakfasts even when opening at 07.30.
All food and drink very expensive

β β β β β Stayed here for our honeymoon and it was just okay. Stephanos the bartender gets 5/5 and was the highlight of our stay. When booking I saw this hotel was a distance out of town but I did not realize just how far it would be. You have to travel a half hour on skinny hairpin turn roads to get anywhere. I thought I saw online that shuttles to town run every hour but they definitely do not. The first shuttle into town is at 9am and then not again until 2pm and not even every hour after that. The rooms are recently re-done but the work is shoddy. For example there is a gap in-between the shower and end piece where water collects and the only plug in the sink area was underneath, hanging by a wire and didn't work. The food was good and the staff was friendly for the most part. We had our laundry done and they ruined a new pair of expensive white pants of mine because they washed them with dark colors so they came out blue. They didn't charge me for laundry after I complained but it's still annoying to have an article of clothing ruined and will cost more to replace than the laundry bill would have been. It was pretty nice for the most part but if we were to go back to mykonos we would stay somewhere else a little closer to the action.

β β β β β Had a wonderful stay. The people that work in this property are the biggest asset. Always friendly and willing to assist you. Beautiful location, great amenities including a private section of Elia Beach. I would say it is a good standard 5* just a small details that needs correction: no coffee maker in the room - but they do provide a kettle if you ask them. It is very popular with groups. Fantastic views, especially if you stay at higher levels. All in all I would highly recommend the place.
