M	Mihalis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το μοναδικό κατάστημα απο τα 10 που πήρα τηλέφωνο (σε διάφορες τράπεζες όχι μόνο της Εθνικής) που απάντησε αμέσως. Επίσης, πολύ εξυπηρετική η κοπέλα που απάντησε. The only store out of the 10 that I called (in various banks not only of Ethniki) that answered immediately. Also, the girl who answered was very helpful.
A	Anastasia Stroggili on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Από σήμερα αν δεν έχεις λογαριασμο στην εθνική δεν μπορείς να βάλεις χρήματα μετρητά σε κάποιον που έχει. Από το κακό στο χειρότερο. Ένα μηχάνημα υπήρχε μέσα που εξυπηρετούσε τέτοιες περιπτώσεις... Το άλλαξαν και αυτό. Μετρητά το ταμείο πάνω από 1000€.Αρα η λύση της τράπεζας είναι πάνε σε άλλη τράπεζα να στείλεις (δηλαδή πλήρωσε παραπάνω) ή άνοιξε λογαριασμό. Απάντηση διευθυντή. Να γελάσω.... Να κλάψω δεν ξέρω. Αν ήθελα να τα βάλω από άλλη τράπεζα θα το έκανα εξαρχής.... Γιατί να έρθω σε εσάς; Μου αρέσει να χάνω τον χρόνο μου; Ότι να 'ναι. Έκλεισε και το άλλο υποκατάστημα στη π. Μελά.... Για καλύτερα υποτίθεται... Αα το καλύτερο το άφησα για το τέλος.... Προτροπή για να πάρουμε κάρτα από άλλον της εθνικής για να γίνει η δουλειά μας.... Δηλαδή πρέπει να πίσω εγώ έναν φίλο μου, συγγενή να μου δώσει τη κάρτα του, κάτι το οποίο ξέρουμε όλοι ότι δεν πρέπει κανένας να κάνει. Μια λέξη.... Αίσχος! Very bad behaviour from the two ladies coming into the bank on the right. Before I finish my sentence for my querie interrupting me she said rather loudly and ironically she was not a lawyer. The second lady politely with a lot of irony said exactly the same. While another bank accepted my querie and they will send the awnser to me soon.
