d	danny ariel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terrible service ! i booked a car online and paid for it when i arrive to the airport i went to meeting point and nobody was waiting there , there was 3 tourists that waited with me and nobody came for 1 hour. i asked people howto get to the offices and there was one man there that he told us he is the manager and he waited for me at the exits, he was really upset and didnt want to hear me and the other customer who wait with me , he curse me and told me that he dont like the attitude , and becouse of that he didnt want to rent me a car ! he throw the voucher to the floor and told me to go to hertz !! i told him to give a refund and he tell me i didnt even pay ! pls people do yourself a favor and stay away from alamo mykonos
V	Valerio Sansica on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kind and honest people: we did not have any issue. They gave us tips on the streets and parkings to avoid and to go. When back (because I will come back to Mykonos) , I would rent again with them.

Arrived later than foreseen on the island but on the same day and they canceled our reservation even if we had paid a deposit. So we were left on our own with two babies and could not care less about the situation. Basically they rented the same car twice. They don’t want to refund. Stay away from them and the website economycarrentals. Cheaters, cheaters, cheaters....

Just mind that if you want to take a rental car in a ferry on another island, you will have to get a compulsory insurance for the journey (25€ each trip) + there is limited service from the company there. Better to rent the car on the arrival directly on the island. Kalliope can help you with that.

Very friendly and efficient staff, got a lovely new car and gave me a free upgrade to automatic too. Rented a car for 7 days and all was fine. I always pay extra for the zero excess option and I paid in cash so avoiding any unnecessary charges later and any accidents would have been fully covered. It’s a genuine company and I would recommend them completely. I booked through Alamo which had the cheapest deal. But it’s all the same company.
L	Louise Riou CHASTANET on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ really bad if you have wrong CB they will tell you no problem it will take longer to get your money back (1-2 months max) but it will be now 3 months . and now when we asked to return our money they don't reply. at this place people was not nice . if you want to be stolen go here.... bad guys not helpful. this firm has to be closed.

The station manager, Kalliopi, has been extremely helpful throughout our stay and from the onset suggested we upgrade our car for a very small difference such that we don't encounter any issues on Mykonos' steep roads up and down to the beaches (Agrari, Paradise and super Paradise). We originally booked a 1L engine which surely will not have managed to climb up the steep hillsides so we converted to a 1.4L engine which was adequate.
