Yannis is a great host and provide you with the best tips of Rethimnon. The appartement is clean, the bed sleeps perfect and we had a great rooftop terrace. If you need a nice place to stay in Rethimnon I can recommand this place

Unfortunately they do not have special agreements neither for breakfast nor for the parking (if you don't find a free slot, you need to pay for it), but other than that place is absolutely amazing and definitely recommend!

The rooms are new, well maintained, clean and fully equiped. I would recommend the hotel for those who are seeking for a relaxing and carefree experience. Moreover it is recommended to those who are interested in exploring the area since the hotel is within walking distance from all the city's sights. The service and the staff have been extremelly helpfull and cooperative in all our requests.
B	BARTELLA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We actually didn’t end up going here due to Covid restrictions, although we had booked a non refundable stay the wedding got postponed (reason for travel), the people at the hotel firstly ignored my email requests to change the date, then when i called to ask they told me they were fully booked for the rest of the year and there is no negotiation or empathy whatsoever. Disgusting service. Especially in uncertain times, you would think hotels would understand and try to accommodate. An agent for booking.com totally understood our circumstances and even contacted them to try and get our date changed and they also disregarded his call. Absolute crooks!!!

The balcony was so nice, with a decent view for being in the center of a city. A really beautiful place to stay, especially for the price. The living room was also fairly spacious! Was able to exercise here. Checking in and out was also very easy (and covid friendly-no contact). Highly recommend staying here!!!

They don't respond to any communication unless it's formal (through the bank) to which they are rude and unempathetic. Not worth the risk spending money to stay here if you have no assurance that they are going to be decent human beings should the worst or unfortunate happen. AVOID for your own good/sanity!

Some of the rooms have a supernice rooftop terrace overlooking the square! Beds are perfect and everything was spotless. We lost one keycard, but the owner helped within five minutes! Really love it here...
