Rooms are good size, some have private terraces. Two pools in separate private courtyards. The experienced and long serving staff have been exceptionally helpful, and welcoming. Useful advice on restaurants, beaches, shops, and sites to visit. They arranged for a doctor to come and provide Covid tests for return journeys (to UK in our case). Very happy experience here, a really pretty hotel, well run, personal service and atmosphere, we would definitely make a return visit.

The staff are wonderful at this place. A special thank you to diamandis and Michalis is who were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, they went above and beyond to make our stay really special. Thank you guys!!!

This place is fabulous with quite possibly the friendliest and most helpful staff I've ever come across in my time. It's so close to everything - restaurants, bars, shops, the beach and several tourist attractions. Everything is a short walking distance. The rooms are fabulous and the breakfast buffet a sight to behold. Quiet at night too despite being right in the heartbeat of the old-town. Will be back.
S	Sandra on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful luxury accommodation in Old Town. The hotel is split into two buildings on opposite sides of a small street. Both buildings have amazing courtyard swimming pools. Our suite was lovely with a small balcony overlooking the rooftops of Old Town. Breakfast is plentiful and served in the courtyards. The staff is fantastic and extremely welcoming and helpful. We felt truly at home and would definitely recommend the hotel! (We would also definitely return here if we come back to Crete! )
