Super friendly staff, great breakfast, rooms look great, clean and recently rennovated. Would definitely go back again. Parking (free) within a 5min walk. Hotel is in the heart of the city centre.

An absolute delight in every way possible. Staff really helpful and informative. Ideally situated for car parking and for exploring the old town and beyond. Our superior room was very comfortable with it's own balcony ideal for sitting on in the afternoon with a drink.

On Behalf of my sister. The Room and Location was great. Unfortunately, the customer service ruined my short stay of less than 24 hours. I was NOT informed or properly explained about the night door policy. This is that after 11:00pm at night you need to use a card provided to open the main door to get back into the hotel. When I had a good Samaritan shop owner who spoke greek call the hotel’s number as I was stuck outside without knowing this policy and unable to see the non-marked card scanner, specially since I did not know that is what I should be looking for. They told them they would meet me at the front door in 5 minutes. However, when they did meet me eventually, there was this lady (I am not sure if she is the owner or management) who was screaming about the in convenience I caused by calling them and why I could not just use my card to get back in. Secondly, they did not have any staff to assist special needs guests with there luggage if check out was early in the morning before the front desk was opened. I did not experience the staff going out of there way to accommodate guests as stated by all the other reviews. I would advise the staff to clearly explain there entry/exit policies to there guests.

Very nice hotel. Ideally place in the old city. In September it was easy to park near the entrance in Talos. The room was nice and clean and the breakfast excellent. The breakfast lady and the two receptionists were adorable. Very good address.

Our room reservation wasn't what we had asked for and no way to change. Was clean, great location and comfortable. No lift so don't have alot of heavy luggage.

Booked on same day on Hotels.com, arrived at 7pm Check-in In hotels.com they advertised free parking (I specifically filtered for hotels with parking included) and 24h reception. Unfortunately both were not true. Once there I found a door closed with a number to call in case of emergency. Parked temporarily near the hotel risking a fine as it is pedestrian area, called the hotel, someone came after 15 mins and told me that free parking was meant to be on the streets outside historical center ( which was super busy). Got the room and realized only too late it was ground floor (my bad) asked to go upstairs but the receptionist said he need to check and he had to leave again to welcome other hosts somewhere else so would come back in 30 mins. Given we’d just stay 1 night I said ok let’s not worry too much and we stayed in the room. Room: Posidon ground floor Room is nice furnished and comfortable inside, but the fridge is noisy (roughly every hour it starts making noise). Good soundproof from the street: the problem the room position behind the reception so you you have WC, staff room, reception, stairs and breakfast hall just out of the door, which makes it very noisy, didn’t sleep much given some people were talking loud out of the door at 1am. In the early morning starting from 6am I felt like I were sleeping at the reception, doors were opening and closing, phones ringing, people going up and down the stairs, people chatting..you could hear all of it! Breakfast was great. I suppose I just had the bad luck to get the worst room position, if I’d ever go back never posidon again. Hope this feedback will help improve customer experience.

Let's start with the good or nice thinks...room comfortable and very clean... reception stuff helpful and very friendly special at our arrival...??? But sorry the no go is the breakfast special the stuff...the breakfast is the start in the day and it have to be not special but a few thinks have some rules...and this was not happened... Breakfast...need extremely improvement...bread old (even the day after Eastern, on Tuesday every where you get fresh breed but not here, for Easter Monday we don't talk) unbelievable two days the breakfast stuff forget to open the Rechaud to keep warm the eggs and the pies and side dishes warml ... and if you complain that eggs and all the side dishes are cold and you ask for 2 fresh fried eggs you have to discuss with the breakfast lady and she tell you she can warm up dry fried scrabble eggs or fried eggs...sorry no go...after 20 min we ask again for 2 fresh fried eggs she start again to discuss, in the end one from our friend he get fresh eggs... it's a shame to write things like this because normally we had every time very good experience... I am sure the management don't know this problems ??? please improve this thinks because normally your hotels are a good value for money...but not this time?
